So, on 6th of December the next Naruto movie will be released.

The full trailer is supposed to be released tomorrow.

The Last -Naruto the Movie- will open on December 6. It will be the first Naruto film in two years, and it is part of the larger "Naruto Shin Jidai Kaimaku Project" (Naruto's New Era Opening Project) marking the 15th anniversary of the original manga.

Manga creator Masashi Kishimoto is credited with the original story, character designs, and chief story supervisor of the film. In particular, he is drawing new designs for the title character in the movie. The magazine notes for one set of designs, titled "Ramen Ichiraku": "Naruto's body is very toned, his hair is cut short, and his expression is one of an adult."

I know it's been said before, but holy hell that character design is bad. Well, it's not terrible per say, just that apart from the shorter hair (which isn't working either), its basically PTS Naruto, just taller.

Hopefully the plot/action scenes are decent in this one. The last 2 movies I watched were pretty meh.

I replaced the old teaser with a slightly longer one with translations for what the voice says. Apparently the movie is gonna "connect to a new era". Makes me think it's gonna be another timeskip.

Latest Jump has featured some sketches of Sakura, Shika and Sai that would probably appear in the movie (source for the scans saiyanisland.com):

Sakura Haruno, Sai, and Shikamaru Nara will also be joining our hero, Naruto Uzumaki, in The Last: Naruto the Movie! The news comes from the latest issue of Jump magazine which reveals character designs for the three by Masashi Kishimoto, the creator of Naruto!

Each of the three characters has a description provided alongside their sketch. For Sakura it says, “Sakura, who has grown up to have a mature expression! …Sakura’s gently smiling expression makes quite the impression. Her body’s form is also somewhat feminine.

For Shikamaru, the scan reads: “Shikamaru with a tranquil face!… Shikamaru does not appear to have much change to him, but the look on his face looks quite manly!?”

Lastly, for say Sai it mentions “Sai has changes to his clothes, too!? …Sai’s bangs have gotten a bit longer, and his face has a cooler expression. The sleeves on his shirt have gotten a bit longer.”

I agree, Sakura does look nice in the civvies. I do like the work outfit. It looks good, imo.

from the pics isn't clear: on Sakura's back there is her clan mark or the Uzu symbol? Which, I noticed, is also absent from Shika's and Sai's outfits

Clan. The Uzu symbol is only on the flak jackets (and undershirts, maybe) which none of them are wearing.
