I used to not list those at all but got requests to do so some time back when it came out I was not posting everything, people really wanted the full list.
The problem with listing links for them is that I post this exact same list on 5 forums each with slightly different rules regarding certain subject material. My partial update posts are a compromise that will not get me in trouble on any of them.
The whole reason they are noted as 'Links withdrawn due to content' is just that. They are stories that have what I generally class as graphic content... that is a blanket categorization for any story can be classed as either torture, rape, or lemon/lime content or some other adult level material and does not automatically mean lemon/lime. Even some of the site links to them can take to pages that have objectionable content or are NSFW...
It should be noted though... that with all the other info... it is only a few seconds to copy that story name and author into a google search and find a direct link... Take the one in this last batch "'Wandering Pilot' by Mercaba" typing/pasting it into Google has the first 8 hits taking you directly to the story.
What I can do going forward, I guess, if you want is do like I do for preview material, and place a note toward the bottom or alter the withdrawn message line noting what site it came from, while still not giving a actual link. That would at least give name of a site it is on.

Almost anything I read that caught my interest or was recommended to me at the time. It does not nessecarily need to be good or bad, just caught my interest enough to bother reading and tracking. It is *not* dependant upon like or dislikes of others, merely myself, whom it was originally designed for. I will not track a story I do not read. So...
- Series that have no interest for me will practically never be noticed or listed, for example I would never *ever* read a story based on the crappy TTGL, thus you will never see it in the list. Likewise some other popular series will almost never be listed by me, such as Harry Potter or Naruto.
- Some series I actively avoid due to past arguments within those fandoms having turned me off almost completely to that series... non-crossover Fate/Stay Night and Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha to name two that fit that category. Practically all non-crossover or non-extreme AU Sailor moon as well.
On rare occasions, I''ll remove a story from my master lists should an author go in a direction I truly dislike.
The way the Lister program work is each time I do update post, I run my program against my favorites and my downloaded fanfiction directories... it generates a master list, which I merely compare to the prior version to see what changed since the last time ran (normally a week or so)... the differences with minor editiing, are what get posted. It does not matter when a story was updated, even if i last downloaded it 10 years ago... it will show as an update if I get a new chapter of it, or change status from not complete to inactive after a year without input from me.
What few realize or remember is I actually track far more than fanfiction with my program... for example I track Music Videos (anime and non-anime) and scanlations among other things, I merely do not bother reporting on them.
This all started way back in 2005 when I wanted a simple way to copy links and fix a bug in URL files. Somene back on the Anifics forum at the time wanted copies, and it soon came about that I was sending a few out... later that evolved into partial updates across a bunch of forums... Anifics, Fukufics, and BYTM I was specifically asked to post them to those forums (by at least one moderator from each site). Here on TFF it has always been more problematic, with me getting complaints on average every few months by PM (even some flames) or in the thread by members... Been tempted many times to stop on this forum because of that, but I've kept doing it mostly for those here whom asked me to do so.

With no active moderation for the past few years to take issues to and there is nothing really to be done about flamers and complainers.

There were other incidents here, but either too minor to log or not related to links...
I do refuse on general principal to post here on this forum or on Fukufics during the month of May each year... these two forums are too volitile and tempers too quick to be invoked... I refuse to deal with it.
