Archer's regained his memories, eh? I wonder what type of magnificent bastard plan he'll cook up to try and kill Shirou while keeping his new Master in the dark.
He'll leave a plate with a sword on it under a giant grand piano that is hanging by a string.

Just don't forget to fill the piano with explosives before hoisting it.

Much better.

Yeah the objection was only for if he was still contracted to Rin and if he suddenly decided to screw the whole killing Shirou schtick: which he doesn't, so...

Now it's basically just a handwave, and I can deal with that.

. . . Archer never really lost his memories you know. He was pretending so he could kill Shirou.

Anyway, grammar is better this time around. However it always bothers me when people use & instead of typing "and" in a story when it's not a company name etc. Just smacks of lazy writing.

However I will say that Archer is fairly in character so you won't have the Archer Fan Girl breathing down your neck.

I do want to know how his contract was broken with Rin though.

I thought that handwave was pretty clear.

He got killed, so contract = gone.

Except he didn't die, some voodoo magic thingie with the Dress of Heaven / handwave / whatever plot you need / don't worry about it, so now he's still here, except no contract.

Is there evidence that he was really just faking memory loss in the Fate route?

"Be quiet Sella, Oniichan is mine, and you can't stop me from having him!"
You know I'm kinda surprised that Archer didn't asume the <s>best</s> worst of that comment and have images of Dom/Tsun!Illya popping up.

THAT IMAGE IS WHY I BEGAN THIS FIC.

@Elf:
The & usage is used when I try to indicate a title, "Busty & Nice", "Lithe & Cranky" etc.

It pleases me to please you, oh mistress. :hail:

@WizardOne:
Specifications plox, I'll work it out and try to make him better if you give criticism.
I'm assuming my stiff attempts at humor were the source of your dissatisfaction, it's the little pieces of humanity coming through from the cold and calculating exterior, awkwardly.

Gonna continue by the latest at weekend, if not by tomorrow. Dunno about my schedule, I have some stuff that needs attending, though I do have a plan for where I wanna take this fic now.

I could use someone to bounce ideas off of.

Plot Handwave:

Ilya realizes she's fucked, tries something desperate, uses the Dress of Heaven which allows her to use the Fifth Magic to take his leaving "soul" out, hold it from leaving long enough for his prana to recharged enough for him to survive a moment longer.

She used the 5th magic in the bad ending where Shirou gives in to Ilya and gets his soul transferred into some small doll.

I'm debating whether Ilya could recharge him while using the 5th Magic, or if she had one of the maids get frisky.

Probably had a maid get frisky. It's the easist and most streightforward way, after all.

She and the Grail use the 3rd Magic not the 5th.

Fate and UBW are the same route until the decision of stopping Saber, or not, from attacking Archer. This is The Autor's Word and true by default.

And he said that he lost his memories before that moment of division. So in one of the two routes he lied, he could lied about being Emiya Shirou or about losing his memories. And, you know? He is Emiya Shirou.

Right, solution to one handwave in this story:

Caliburn recognized Shirou/Archer as king-worthy.

( It doesn't really matter in this story but for others D: )

Question, just cause I'm curious. Is Berserker physically stronger than Zeus. I mean if Super Strength is his most defining power then it'd make sense. I mean was said to be so strong he could pull the the world from Olympus. That's pretty fricking strong and if Heracles is even stronger woo.

I always thought the Titan Atlas was somewhat stronger than Heracles considering what his punishment was.

For one of his labors Heracles got Atlas to do the legwork and Heracles held the world for him while he was doing that. Afterwords he had to trick Atlas into taking back the world.
