Because I try to never miss a chance to plug a fic of mine... why not Nanoha x Everyone?
Oh, I also did a pairing fic with Genya, and a few others, too.
However, I object to the thread title. "Pairings" implies two people; why must we be so constrained?

Let me just say this. I like Nanoha X Fate.
Because they are cute together and it frees up Yuuno for Arisa and Suzuka. Something about Yuuno being with those two just interests me. Unlike Nanoha who rightfully is seen as a prodigy and was able to make her own way in Dimensional Space those two would be "fish out of water" as while it is implied that they have some level of Magical Power it is much lower then Nanoha's, and likely Yuuno's.
Add into that "family obligations" due to the being the children of high level (on Earth) corporations and Yuuno's job in the Infinite Library and you have all kinds of drama regarding how they try to find ways to spend time together without "sacrificing" the other parts of their lives. This would be very interesting to see as they struggle to deal with the disconnect between their lives making it difficult to pursue their feelings for one another.
I place Arisa first in this idea, because her personality just seems like it would be interesting to see work with Yuuno's, though Suzuka does have merits as well. Not the least of which is that it is likely that Suzuka's sister is married to Nanoha's brother.
I also support Miyuki X Vice, as despite their lack of screen time something tells me they might click.
Honestly since Nanoha X Fate and Subaru X Teana are such an easy make I like the idea of people who don't get as much implied attraction getting some attention.
Another idea is Hayate X Sette. Hayate in seeing just how badly Sette has been treated compares her existence to what is known of how some of the previous master were implied to treat the Wolkenritter and how they for so long viewed themselves as weapons. This strikes a chord with Hayate who wants to help the poor girl, and in trying to get Sette to rediscover her emotions finds herself falling for this silent and tragically stunted girl.

That's a pretty good explanation for those pairs KageX. And I could see Miyuki/Vice. It probably has to do with the sort of men she grew up with.
Hayate/Sette... Now there's one I haven't seen before. It holds some promise with that angle. Especially when you have Hayate not being her normally perverse self right off the bat.
I do want to put in a plug for my own written pairings. Yuuno/Signum has turned into something... quite interesting. I wouldn't have expected the romance to develop as it has in Swords and Shields, in fact romance wasn't even in the original idea. But somehow it started working. Though I've had to go to some alternative interpretations of their characters to make it work without making them OOC. Their union is not an easy one to do under normal circumstances without building it up from Yuuno's teenage years or after a larger event that gets them working in close proximity without overwhelming them with the task.
The other is Yuuno/Hayate. I've gotten a few snippets of them done and I've found they work well as an almost... normal couple. Or rather, a down to earth one. At least so far as you can get in the Nanoverse. Hayate's perversity adds spice and Yuuno's levelheadedness keeps her grounded. While at the same time, she's plenty wise and alert to keep his more self-destructive habits in line. Depending on how they're handled, you may end up with one of the Knights involved as well. Likely Signum or Vita. But they seem like they'd be sort of that "old married couple".

Interesting thread and i found some apiring i agree with, Signum x Nanoha really seems interesting, even if it's just a platonic buddy-like relationship. Zafira x Arf and Arisa x Nanoha also apeal me greatly (and everyone knows i'm a total fan of FateNum xD).
Ok let's go with my humble list:
Signum x Zest: Aw, c'mon am i the only one who think this? Even if they interacted for a very short time Zest managed to impress Signum in such a way that she considered him her "Sempai" even after his death, has the guy sirvived (or met Signum in another verse when the two can itneract) thoings could get interesting as they get to spend time togheter be on work or off-duty. While both are cold fearsome knights on the battlefield Zest seems to have hidden dephts about being a kind and simple man ...somehow i see that kind of personality to be fit to bond with Signum's stern-yet-trollish behavior xD! Of course being an ultra badass spear knight with high values in regards of justice and life could also help to ignite the flames on the Blazing General's heart.
Arisa x Yuuno: Totally agree with their personalities mixing pretty well, Arisa is an overachieving girl with a very straigthforward approach to things and a healthy dose of common sense that translates into her lovely snarky behavior ...i can see her get frustrated with Yuuno's passiveness at times but also amused by his calm detemrination and his unnoticed vistories on the fields he works ... i could picture Arisa secretly rooting for Yuuno to get to Nanoha's heart only to start slowly falling for him on the way xD
Suzuka x Zafira: Ok this is as crack as it can get but for some reason Suzuka have that "innocent princess" charm that could fit with Zafiras uttely loyal and protective behavior, plus Suzuka also seems to be the kind of person who can love any being without any prejudges about their race. Totally romantic stuff so hold back you ecchi writers xD
Victoria x Sieglinde: This pair writes itself, they're close childhood friends who like to beat each other and while Sieglinde is the undisputted alpha on the arena, Victoria seems to be the one with the assertive personality out of the ring. Vic-chan is also very protective of her friend and i won't find hard to believe Sieg-chan harbors a secret crush on her confident friend xD I immagined this fun situation where Victoria had to spend her time on a party constantly defending Sieglinde because she's too nice to decline the advances of suspicious guys xD!
Sieglinde x Miura: Really not that invested onto explain this one, it's just that i find the couple of "the noob and the champion" appealing, that is all xDU
Signum x Teana: Because while it's true Nanoha was the one who explained her things, it was Signum's fist what inserted some reason into that stubborn head xD
There's more i guess but so far those are the ones that came to my mind, i'll be abck with more loco stuff later...

Those two practically write themselves, but Yuuno and the rest of the "side characters" can be taken in so many interesting directions. Nanoha and Fate have chemistry. Thinking up possible angles to create chemistry between characters who don't get a much attention just interests me. I stated that in my previous post.
Maybe it's just me but such an "easy pairing" does not interest me that much (at least to write there is just to little challenge in it), and those two are so closely linked it is hard to separate them. Hell they raise a kid together in canon! But the rest of the cast barring Chrono and Amy, in addition to Subaru and Teana don't have that kind of stuff going on. And even then one could claim that Subaru is just a very affectionate girl.
Plus Nanoha and Fate always get the most attention even when paired with other characters. Yuuno, Hayate, Signum and the rest deserve their own pairings and stories to go with them!

Why do you need to pair up Nanoha and Fate at all? You can pair other people without the need to hook them up. Since Nanoha and Fate act more like sistes, the easiest way out is to write them as such, ignoring them completely as far as shipping goes.
And btw, Nanoha has done 95% of the raising of Vivio. Fate has actually been barely there, going so far as to take long, deep space missions so as to NOT intrude on Nanoha and Vivio.
