Ranma ½ Rosario + Ranma

I can see it now. Canon Tsukune joins in on the 'What kind of monster is Ranma?' bandwagon, and gives the only remotely correct answer: spider god.
And then he gets laughed off by all the characters that know better, because what would a GOD be doing going to high school at YA? Ha! That's so silly!
Well, where else would a spider god go, I mean Camp Half-Blood's Olympians don't seem right, and most of the other groups would be just as bad. And Anansi is enough of a dick to start with before you might end up with him being territorial

I suppose that no one's actually stopped to ask themselves that question.
I mean, they ARE still operating under a set of reasonable assumptions that are totally wrong from the outset.

Does that stash contain the most dreaded of all anti-monster weapons - the Poker of Susan Sto-Helit?

Pardon me while I run a Google search.

(Hold music plays in background)

Ah, no, I believe that particular item is still in use with its original owner.
Unlike, say, the Talon of Horus (the claw with a gun on it), which has been lost for generations along with Abbadon's arms.

I find it interesting that Richard acknowledges that he owes Sauron money. He seems the type that would just kill the creditor and take what he wanted.

Also I find it rather nice how BHoC!Tsukune realizes immediately he's in another world and takes off his armband immediately, though he's in for an interesting time anyways. Canon!Tsukune seems especially stupid here though, not even thinking about the fact that he changed locations instantaneously.

Richard is 100% the type to totally respect petty rules while completely ignoring actual morality.

As for canon!Tsukune... he seems to think he got teleported, not that he got plane-shifted.

Richard probably knows that he's extremely susceptible to the Rings Influence, meaning that he'd likely end up giving the ring to Sauron due to temptation and then being forced to pay him back before ending up being chained to a wall and forced to watch nonstop tellytubbies episodes for a century or two dozen

And the two D&D artifacts I was hoping would pop up didn't happen to be in there. The Girdle is one, the other is the Deck of Many Things

This will be expanded upon in the next segment, but yes, initially he thinks he was somehow sucked into one mirror and spit out of another one somewhere on the same campus. As it becomes clear that's not the case, he comes up with other theories.
Then again, I do have a bias in assuming canon Tsukune to be a complete and utter moron, so don't hesitate to call me out on that.

The Deck of Many Things is a non-starter; it would need its own chapter. But I assume by girdle you mean the gender-switching item, right? I can do that.

Isn't the girdle just a cursed item. I think there are a few wizards that get a kick out of making them and dropping them into dungeons for adventurers to find.

You say that as if there's any other worthwhile reason to become a wizard.

What about the ability to wield arcane supernatural powers that no mortal man was meant to access?

Plus the chicks. Everyone knows that girls dig guys that can do magic. They don't call 'em "magic fingers" for no reason ya'know.

Nah. Ever since 4th ed, you can do that in any class, and the lack of charisma AND physical skills is a pain.

Then how come most fantasy stories have the heroic knights, rogues, and bards rescuing the women and hooking up with the party sorceress, while wizards never seem to see the inside of a woman's robes unless they're reading an anatomy book? Most of them that aren't busy supplying vital fire support for the party or acting as a glorified planar bus stop spend their lives locked up alone in towers making prank items or waiting for some jerk with more hit points to kick down their doors and murder them for their stuff.
Which is cool with me, actually. Even in a setting dominated by nerds, playing the nerd's nerd is totally my thing.

Well one perk of being a wizard is you could potentially use your magic to manipulate and screw with time and space in fun and crazy ways that were never meant to be done. Until you eventually press your luck too much and get to the point where you screw up and the whole thing shatters ending all existence.

But hey if ya have fun while doing it who cares!

Or at least that's what I'd do if I became a wizard..

Yeah. I noticed.
It's just a little sad to play D&D and role play as yourself.
(Just a little)

Well, okay, sure. That's just like the prank items, except instead of trolling dungeon crawlers you're trolling creation itself.
Same game, higher level.

Well... I don't think it's a stupid assumption though?

your!Tsukune is the only one that actually knows what happened. Unless they go back to re-examine the mirror, everyone else is just going to be left with conjecture. Assuming they even pin down that it was the mirror...

Man, you guys are terrible at this guessing game.
I mean, the Cornish pasty is one of the smallest Tyranid breeds, it clearly wouldn't come in an egg that size, even if there were two of them.

So, what is Lilith the wishing mirror spirit from?

Also for BD, will the metroid get to be a recurring character?
Er, Rosario + Vampire. That was the mirror that was stolen from the campus and given to Tsukune's cousin so that it could wreak havoc during the festival. So I felt it was an obvious item to include in the Headmaster's stash.
Did I throw you guys a curveball by actually referencing canon for once?
As for the Metroid, it's a secret :p

Ahh! You have discovered my "dark secret", I've never read or watched R+V, I'm just here for your zany comedy.

Well, you're surely not here for my faithful and sympathetic portrayal of R+V canon.
Even when I explicitly visit the original timeline, it's for the sole purpose of screwing it up.

I'd kind of expect Ranma or Moka to pick up on Tsukune suddenly wearing bandages that he didn't have before though, or possibly for Moka or Kouma to smell the difference in his blood.

They were shuffling around in a room full of talking weapons, killer aliens, and a wide variety of magic crap. I'd assume that they'd long grown used to dismissing petty details unless they have a particular reason to be suspicious (Ranma did ask about the bandages, but let the subject drop).
Also, there's no indication that Tsukune's blood smells different. Moka never mentioned it in canon, nor did she mention that its taste was different. I wouldn't expect Kouma to be especially sensitive to the smell of his blood either (do you think the blood of different animals smell different, isolated from the smell of the animals themselves? I don't know, but it seems unlikely), though Tsukune hasn't met him yet, so it's still a possibility.

In any case, you seem to be searching for a reason for Tsukune to be found out right away, which I'm obviously trying to avoid. If that was the case then they'd just march right back to the mirror and spend the rest of the chapter trying to get it to work again, which is far less interesting than having Tsukune stumble about campus in confusion for a while. If I have to roll the idiot ball around a little to make that happen, I will.

Besides, it seems like it might have been a smart idea for him to bandage any scratch, or at least to the rest, when dealing with any number of random artifacts that might just be blood activated

I don't quite see it.
Everything I know about bronies comes from this:

Doesn't really fit his style, I don't think.

I was a member of an Eve corp that asked people to name one of the ponies in MLP as one of the entrance survey questions.

If you actually provided a name you were rejected. We managed to go an entire year without a single MLP related discussionl. It was great.

Feel my irrational hatred.
