I've tried for a while now, to find out just how strong Sargeras really is. Compared to other beings of great power in Warcraft.
So right now I'm fairly sure that he's stronger than a single old god, or at least as strong. Sadly I tend to overlook things when I find something interesting that's why I would like to know if I overlooked something.
1. In battle a old god and a titan managed to kill each other, it might be possible that the old god was particulary weak or something like that, but I don't think so. It is also mentioned that the battled, I don't recall the exact wording but i think it said the fought alone. One versus the other.
2. Since all the members of the Pantheon are still alive and accounted for, the fallen titan must have been a normal titan (as far as you can describe them as normal)
3. Sargeras is mentioned as having been the Pantheons greatest warrior, here I'm not sure if this means just the most skilled or simply the most powerful, but since Sargeras is the brother of the High Father of the Pantheon it is possible that he is indeed the most powerful of the lot.
So if a simple titan can "match" a old god, what could Sargeras do?
4. Well that one is a rather weak one and I'm still not sure if I remember it correctly, but I think in War of the Ancients, Sargeras boasts that those meddlers that try to use him will not be a problem.
5. Again I'm not sure if that ones totally correct but I recall, again in War of the Ancients, a scene where Deathwing tries to reach the Demon Soul and the powers coming from the Well of Eternity and the old gods are tearing him slowly apart, then Sargeras interfers and adds his own power to stop Deathwing.
I think it says that what he felt before was nothing compared to the pain he felt then.
Though that isn't much of a comparison since the old gods were still chained down and the Sargeras was still in the twisting nether, both factions acted through the portal.
Well, that's it, So am I correct or did I forget something :help:
I hate not knowing things for sure :blue: please help me
