But she'll never be more flexible than Phanty. Being incorporeal at will has its advantages. Lucky thing Phanty is still chasing Danny and doesn't realize he's sort of taken.

Danny and Sam don't really do anything until later on... If Phanty made an effort.. she could win..

There's the whole Danny being more than half-alive issue. And her potential in-laws being insane ghost hunters. Not to mention the string of villians that can actually hurt her. I get the impression Phanty is seeing things with rose-colored glasses so far.

Not that I figure her the type to be bothered that Danny is a halfa. It's more how nuts Danny's life is. And the fact that it might push Sam to make her move earlier.

I have to ask this.

Guys do we REALLY have to make this a harem? I mean this is a really good idea as is, and making this a harem could lead it the same way the loops went. Spots of epic win, but much more fail and tired rehashed crack harems.

If we're going to pair Shaggy with anyone let's have a vote on the girl of our choice. Otherwise lets play it more as a slapstick attempt at romance, all the involved girls tripping over themselves in competition, or hell no romance at all.

I'd imagine if it's a DP crossover, Phanty has powers too, things she could learn from her father. And as the child of one of the most powerful monsters, she's probably damn powerful herself.

And that's if she even has to fight. Her family reputation might precede her...

-----

"You ever think of a new hobby, Skulker?" The white-haired teen quipped, dodging a small missile, "'Cause it seems like this hunting thing hasn't been working out for you."

The metal menace growled, "You won't be laughing when your head is mounted above my mantel, ghost boy!"

"DANNY PHANTOM!" A third voice yelled as a new ghost, a girl with blue and white hair, in loose white pants, a white crop-top and pink-purple vest, dashing towards Danny, "Oh, this is sooo great, I've been looking forward to meeting you for so long, I've just been dying to see you in action! I'm Phantasma, but you can call me Phanty, and I am, like, your biggest fan." If she'd been alive, he'd have thought she'd suffocate from talking.

Great, a fangirl Paulina ghost, Danny thought, at least until he saw Skulker backing away from the girl and looking very worried.

Skulker froze when Phanty rounded on him, "Hey, I know you, you're the one Daddy got mad at during the Christmas party last year."

Things seemed to freeze for a moment before the ghost hunter turned and hauled ass out of there.

I thought that's how this was being written.

It sounded to me like it was about to go the same route as, it seems, every good idea on this site does. Was I wrong?

Well it helps to keep in mind that most animated harems, other than Tenchi and Sekirei, get whittled down to a single winner in the end. Of course with this may authors working together we might never get a winner for Shaggy's heart. At this point Crystal has the best chance as she lacks any mental hang-up or past with Shaggy that would interefere.

Thorn/Sally wants to focus on her music and doesn't want to hurt Sibella.

Sibella is too polite for her own good and has to get Shaggy to see her as an adult. She also feels guilty for Drac's stupidity. Part of her want to set up Shaggy with Sally because she thinks Sally deserves Shaggy more than she ever will.

Winnie has the same problems with Shaggy seeing her a alittle kid. The fact Shaggy was supposed to replace her father doesn't help.

Dusk has no idea what the playing field is really like and most likely couldn't hang with Shaggy's life.

Velma is insecure about her own beauty as a woman (unless we add her "romance" woth Johnny Bravo for comic value). She's also firmly stuck in the friend zone at ths point in Shaggy's mind. She also might be the only woman more reluctant that Sibella to make a move.

Crystal doesn't know any of them and is willing to admit she likes Shaggy. She even has a companion for Scooby to sweeten the deal. Her only real problem is the commute between Earth and her home planet and her job as an intergalactic detective.

Didn't one of the various Scooby Doo canon's have the two of them as ex's?

I don't know about Ex's, but...

I have no idea why she'd be insecure.

Raise you're hand if you'd be willing to tap a woman with that figure.

If you want to add a problem for a more romantic Velma, take it from mystery incorperated: She doesn't want to battle for affection with Scooby over Shaggy. Also, I think Velma being shy about her figure MAY be fanon, especially if that pic is an indicator.

Next little part. Go ahead and continue from here if you want. :D

Shaggy blinked before he threw some covers over Velma and Daphne before getting one for himself, closing the doors and then hoisting himself up into the front seat. In a few seconds, soft snoring echoed from the van.

"He... Heheheh..." Shaggy laughed a bit nervously before turning to Sibella, who was picking up, one on each shoulder, Luna and Thorn. Vampire strength. Good thing Luna was totally hammered. "So, I guess you're going to take Thorn and Luna home?"

"They're neighbors." Sibella said before smiling warmly at her old coach. "But as fangtastic as I am, I still only got two arms. So, could you..."

"Hmm... I love you guys..." Dusk murmured from her position, face planted on the table.

"Dusk lives... Near Jack's diner..." Thorn managed to get out as she regained a bit of soberty. "See you tomorrow... Shags... Scooby..."

"Hee... Good night Thorn, Sibella. Like, have a nice sleep." Shaggy said before taking a page out of Fred's book and hoisting the girl up on his back. The two cousins waved a little with their hands before the two makeshifts group walked away in different directions. "So... What does your house look like, Dusk?"

"It's got a green roof... And cream walls..." Dusk replied from her perched up positions. Sibella let out a chuckle before turning her head back front and walking in her own intended direction.

"Funny, don't you think? The Hex girls can't hold their alcohol." Thorn grunted at that comment from her cousin while Luna let out a loud snore.

"We drunk like... Aaah, I lost count. Damn vampire endurance... And whatever is Shaggy and Scooby have." She retorted.

"Well, you get points for keeping yourself coherent while drunk. Luna is out cold."

"Yeah. But the real spectacle is Dusk. When she's drunk she..." If Thorn had been walking she would have stopped abruptly mid stride. "Oh god. We just left her alone with Shaggy, right?"

"Ehm... Yes?"

Note I said "beauty" not "figure." We all know Velma has a smoking body, but between the pageboy cut and the glasses she is a plain jane, especially compared to Daphne. I'm just playing with that concept a bit for the sake of the flow of the story. Honestly, I think she's hotter than Dusk, at least in that swimsuit.

Winnie always struck me as a more outgoing type. I don't think she'd get bogged down like Shibella.. If she saw Shaggy, She'd be giving it 110% in order to get him... And considering how many others are actively putting moves on him.. She has a real chance.

Got a good point. The only Grimwood girl more outgoing was Phanty.

Kinda gives me an idea. Winnie and the others meet the gang during Scooby Doo and the Goblin King. Velma's all shy about her feelings, but gets jealous seeing how openly Winnie flirts with Shaggy. cut to the end of the movie, Velma gets turned into a werewolf by Krudski and, instead of warding off Shaggy and Scooby, she goes right after Winnie in a werewolf-catfight.

More of a "dogfight" as it were.
