(This probably happens during or not long after the 'time-skip'. If Naruto was never in Konohagakure during that time in canon, Anko or the Hokage arranged for him to meet the girls at whereever they're training. It's an AU, anyway, so why not?)
When kunoichi reach the right age, an older kunoichi trains them in various sex-related skills and jutsu, which are very useful for spying and assassination.
Haruno Sakura, Hyuuga Hinata, and Yamanaka Ino have been chosen as students by Mitarashi Anko (not unreasonable that she'd be an expert, is it?). However, unlike a standard kunoichi training group, they have a fifth member: the inventor of the Sexy-no-Jutsu and the Harem-no-Jutsu, Uzumaki Naruto. This is an experiment, allowed due to Tsunade noticing through reports a number of situations that would have gone more smoothly and/or successfully if the group had had a male shinobi trained in the sex arts.
Officially, Naruto was chosen because all the known ninja sex arts are designed for women to use, and the shadow-clones created by the Harem-no-Justsu might be able to use most or all of them, whereas a man Henge'd into a woman would not, and because he has been shown to be able to create new jutsus based on those he's learned, thus giving him the best chance to adapt new sex arts for use by men (and perhaps Tsunade or Jiraiya will teach him, or get him a scroll or teacher in, creating water clones, to increase his chances of using sex-jutsus).
Unofficially, there are other reasons, as well. Both Jiraiya and Tsunade think that it would be good for Naruto's mental health if he could get laid, preferably by more than one girl. Given his crush on Sakura, and Hinata's crush on him, that part of the group was almost a no-brainer. Ino's rivalry with Sakura could be useful, as well, and Anko has the greatest chance of bringing out the best in all of them. (I've read of Sakura and Ino being called 'useless' a lot, and Hinata acts weak, even though she isn't. I can't see Anko letting any of them remain that way.)
As for Anko, she might see a lot of herself in Naruto, and she has some new techniques that she'd like to test on a guy with enough Chakra and healing ability to not only survive a mistake, but remain concious if they were performed successfully.
I can imagine Hinata fainting with joy and fear when told that she'll be training with her beloved Naruto. I doubt Sakura or Ino would be quite so enthusiastic, though. They'd do it, IMHO, but they'd treat it as a mission, until Naruto proved himself to their... satisfaction.
Perhaps it would help if Anko told them that Sasuke was gay.
If you wish to include Tsunade in the orgy- um, I mean, training, I don't think it would be odd for her to visit kunoichi traing groups to give advice and assistance.
