TFF Academy - Story Thread

Unnoticed by the two vampires or the ninja, Mana looped her arm around Mister Abramczyks' shoulders and helped him stagger out of the building. He was suprisingly lucid, for being barely concious, although all he kept saying were mumbled requests for a cup of sweet milky tea and a chocolate biscuit.

Michael then dispelled his magic and turned towards Lethality after he lost sight of the girl on the roof. He then turned towards Lethality hands raised.

"I will go with you for now. I will explain what you need to reverse the transformation and the circumstances behind my vampirism. Care to lead the way?" Michael asked as Motoko put her sword away.

Michael felt fighting this man would not go well towards achieving his long term goals. He felt getting the ninja's attention this way may have been far too costly in getting what he wanted. Ah well it would be Michael's other problem while he slept and avoided the issue.

Lethality soon began to escort them away from the area.

Mana and Mister Abramczyk managed to reach the Teacher's Quarters, which were near the Student Dorms, without incident. Miss Campbell clucked like a broody mother hen when she saw how pale Abramczyk was, and dragged him into his rooms.

She fixed him up with a cup of sweet milky tea and a chocolate bikkie, then went to get a few other things.

=======================================================

As Motoko followed Mike and Lethality, they passed the teacher's quarters. A sudden, rich, beguiling scent wafted down to the two vampires, followed by muffled cursing. Motoko was entranced by the smell, and suddenly vaulted up to the window where the scent was coming from.

Motoko then leapt upon David and grabbed him by the throat. She then lifted him up and bit into David's neck. Motoko soon began gobbling his blood greedily while holding him still.

Lethality then proceeded to destroy the door and allow Michael to leap at Motoko and knock her off of David before she could finish.

" Damn it! I can't believe things are getting this bad!" Michael cursed to himself while he restrained a grinning Motoko. While she swallowed the blood Motoko's body's vampirism seemed to change her body's insides on a more permanent level.

David was holding a hand to his throat while Miss Campbell rushed to his aid.

David stared in shock at Motoko as his hand touched the side of his neck. "She bit me!" he exclaimed, sounding almost like a small boy. "And it hurt!"

His skin was a very pale colour, and he was swaying from side to side. He shivered slightly, and suddenly put both hands on each side of his head, groaning in pain. "Aaagh! My head..."

Miss Campbell rushed over to David and laid him down on his bed. She then pressed her now glowing hands to his neck as she casted a healing spell sealing the holes in David's neck.

Michael looked over at David hoping things might not be as bad as they seemed. Motoko seemed rather pleased as small trickles of blood fell loosely from the corners of her blood-red lips not noticing her body make one last change.

" He lost a little blood but I can thankfully say he's still alive. You should feel lucky he didn't die, girl!" Ms. Campbell lectured Motoko in a rather bitter and angry tone.

"All right, all right, Marie. I'll be fine." David said shakily, blinking slowly.

"I feel a bit tired now, actually.." he mumbled, before his head flopped back into his pillow, and he began to softly snore.

" Guess my ploy isn't going to work.." Michael said as his eyes then glowed red and his body's energy changed further as he seemed to become someone completely different.

" Looks like I'll just have to kill you and be on my way!" Michael continued to speak as he used both hands to launch a fireball directly in Lethality's direction.

The ninja easily dodged the attack, but Michael and Motoko tried to use that opportunity to bolt, only for Miss Campbell to launch several arrows that rammed into the doorway cutting off their escape.

Miss Campbell then notched a pair of headless, sharpened arrows. Aiming at Motoko and Michaels' hearts.

"How do you want your stakes?" Miss Campbell asked them with a smirk on her face.

"Miss Campbell, take care of Abramczyk-san, while I deal with these two"

Before she could complain, or comply, Lethality acted: A small Stellar Flash inside the wood was enough to send splinters flying towards both vampirized students. While they dodged, the shinobi released two different Henge. From the twin basketball sized clouds of smoke, two identical missiles (bazooka ammo) flew towards the vampired Michael.

The vampire jumped through the window, just as soon as the missiles exploded. When the ninja moved to follow, a fireball flew through the smoke and dust in the air. It missed, but it gave the shinobi an area to target, and Letahlity capitalized the opportunity, with a Stellar Flash the size of an anti-car claymore.

That drain is getting bigger. I should use alternate methods to solve this situation, and inform the director. Feeling a gathering of energy inside the room, Lethality noticed Motoko Aoyama preparing to use one of her ki attacks, only it was taking her almost twice her usual time. Spiritual energy! That's it! They both changed when their spiritual energy did! I only need to purge the new spiritual energy and they should turn back, if only temporarily.

With a new plan in mind, the ninja jumped into the cloud of smoke and dust, disappearing from view.

"Messatsu Zank Zanmasen!" Motoko yelled as she launched a giant red blast of ki in the direction of Lethality's scent.

Michael then created five fireballs and then doubled their number. Michael then began launching them over the different spots he believed Lethality would be if he dodged Motoko's attack.

Michael then ceased launching fireballs, realizing they would only create more smoke for the Ninja to hide in. He then casted a wind spell to blow the fog away.

Michael then placed one hand in front of his face sideways and began chanting. This particular spell might take some energy but he believed this might aid him better.

Soon several skeletons rose from from the ground. They were hulking brutes dressed in rough grey armor and wielding large swords from centuries long gone by.

" Go find that ninja and alert me to his location immediately." Michael ordered the skeletons as they darted off into different directions searching for Lethality.

Michael then scooped up the weakened Motoko and laid her across his lap. He then began to attempt a barrier spell. Calling up warriors such as these would lay his strength low for awhile so Michael felt he'd need the barrier spell to buy him time to recover.

The barrier spell came up, and just in time, too, since a explosion hit it point blank. The undead warriors began to move, but suddenly stopped. Lethality had appeared behind their ranks, right by the edge of the spell.

"You really think you can get through a spell that resisted one ofyour attacks?" asked the vampire.

"You should realize that i have already won, Mick-san" said Lethality in an even tone, but the vampire only watched him warily.

"You are surrounded and unable to harm me, how is that winning, shinobi?"

Lethality smiled softly. Three, Two, One..."Look"

A thousand lines of light appeared pointing in every direction, all of them coming from a spot beneath the vampire.

"These lines are made of spiritual energy. They are useful in stoping the flow of spiritual energy inside a body, much like the traditional style of the Hyuuga Clan does to the chakra of a person. A gift, from a friend in the 12th division, you see. Soon, the trapped ki will begin to unsettle and leave your body within minutes. You can try to use magic to stop it, of course, but necromancy is quite draining, and I really doubt you have the skill to directly affect spiritual energy with you magic"

The corpses that had risen collapsed and fell back into the ground as Michael no longer had the energy to mantain them.

Michael smirked as his energy rapidly left him. " Hm I suppose a congratulations is in order. Well done, of course I will be unleashed again tis only a matter of time until I am again free." Michael's hair changed back into blue as his body regained it's original color.

Motoko blinked in confusion not quite aware of what exactly what had just happened. She slowly began trying to sit up.

Mister Abramczyk grunted as he woke up suddenly. Despite feeling tired as anything, there was something tugging on the back of his mind.

"What the devil is going on? Why am I lying on my bed, fully clothed no less?"

Michael and Motoko were then able to stagger to their feet. After a few moments of getting centered Michael and Motoko then limped their way off the battlefield and headed to the nurses office.

Michael took a look at Motoko as they walked. While he did feel a little bad about turning her, Michael felt Motoko may have brought this on herself just a bit. Not that she'd see things his way after all. Nobody else did, or would see things his way after whatever happened while he wasn't himself.

" Not that I believed anyone would.." Michael muttered to himself quietly before they entered the nurses office.

Keiichi Morisato was being wheeled out in a wheelchair as Michael and Motoko entered. Belldandy was flitting around, mothering him something rotten.

Seeing Michael's expression, K1 smiled wanly. "If you think I look bad, wait to you see the other fellows."

Out of the nurses' office came five members of the Academy Cadet Corps. One was being supported my two fellows, having had his ankle fracture. The next was coated in soot from head to toe, and his hair was standing out, making him look like Einstein. He sizzled faintly as he passed. The third-

"I don't want to hear it." The cadet growled, as he walked past, carrying his head under his arm.

Michael gave the cadet an odd look before shaking his head and signing the forms to be treated. He then sat down on a couch with a despondent looking Motoko at his side as they waited to be treated.

Michael noticed several of the students leering at a blond women in a slightly revealing robe behind the counter. Along with another blue haired woman in shinto robes who were having some sort of conversation of their own.

One of the students, this time from the Cooking club, nudged the fellow beside him, another Cadet, this one with a black eye, and muttered softly, nodding his head towards the two women. They snickered silently

After about an hour Motoko and Michael walked out of the nurses office. Michael was rubbing the new seal he had gotten on his neck.

It hurt alot when it was given but the the people in the Nurses office believed this was the best solution instead of allowing Michael to turn someone else into a vampire as well.

Michael decided to head back home to see if Makoto had managed to get a lease for their apartment. He also believed that the next day of school wasn't going to be such a great thing for him no matter what happened at this point.

Motoko thought about heading back to the Hinata Sou to rest up. She had no idea how things would continue after everything had happened to her however.

Unknown looked at the strewn bodies of people from computer, cooking and other miscellaneous clubs as he wiped blood and sweat from his body.

"Sonuvabitachay... that was some fighting," stated the tired teen.

"What in the world happened here?" said a semi-recognizable voice.

Unknown looked and saw Shinji and Rei walking toward him. "Club warfare... usual stuff, I hear around this campus."

Michael ended up getting dragged by his ear towards Unknown and the others by an angry looking Asuka.

Motoko still clad in black leather followed the two with a bemused look on her face at seeing Michael dragged around.

Asuka was screaming in Michaels ear about what happened earlier in the day, while at the same time hitting him in the back of the head.

"So....we meet again...joy. That is if you see me this time, only people that seem to see me are the ones that want to make things worse... " Michael muttered with absolutely no enthusiasm.

Mister Abramczyk kicked his heels back and forward as he sat in his apartment. He had no students to hound, no cadets to boss about; simply put, he was bored out of his mind. He picked up his mug, and filled it with tea, absently rubbing his neck with one hand.

Asuka reared her hand for another smack which was targeted for Michael's head when Unknown grabbed it.

"Why are you hitting him? What did he do to you?" asked Unknown as the volatile woman turned a one-eighty and was looking dead into his icy blue eyes. A punch later, Unknown was on the ground.

"Never....NEVER PUT YOUR HANDS ON ASUKA LANGLEY SOHRYU!" yelled the redhead as she released Michael and walked slowly to the fallen teen alchemist.

"You should never piss off an alchemist," whispered Unknown as he placed a pre-made transmutation circle on the ground, looked up and winked at Michael. The meek boy nodded with a small grin and looked towards Shinji and Rei.

Finally, Unknown placed his hands down and Asuka was bound perfectly in an almost air-tight cocoon of vines.

"I've had it with the attitude, Asuka. Now for a little punishment," said the blonde with a smirk.

Asuka tried to beg Shinji, Rei or anyone that could hear her for help. What she didn't know was that Mick held Shinji and Rei's attention and cut off Asuka's voice waves to anyone within a 5 mile diameter. With a victorious smirk, Unknown cut the vines that held the cocoon down and carried her non-ceremoniously towards his personal dorm, which looked a lot like a shrine while having an evil, look in his eye.

Michael shook his head ruefully. Well who knew what Asuka was in for now, not that he should be worrying. He had enough problems on his plate.

After calling Makoto he found that she was unable to secure the flat, but had instead suggested a place called the 'Hinata Sou' in the meantime.

" Hm that place you took me to earlier Motoko? Hm let's go then want to rest up for tomorrow, it's probably going to be hell..." Michael muttered to himself.

After walking home Motoko had managed to help Michael sneak by the others and ended up infront of her room.

" Hm I guess I'll have to hide in your room until we can convince your friends to let me stay.." Michael told her as he grabbed Motoko by the hand and entered her room. Michael then shut the door and had Motoko lock it.
