(sigh)
Raine, you just continue to prove you
JUST. DON'T. GET IT.
The process, the product, all of it. Consider the koma above. If you have previous knowledge of the context... it's self-deprecating humor. If not, it's an outright insult.
Just like anything worth doing, constructing a webcomic requires a bit of planning and preparation. You are no prophet, to tell us of troubles in advance; nor an accomplished editor, to say they are insurmountable. We should not be ashamed of doing some work to get results. Even if it might be a hassle, is there anything wrong with trying to get to know the others here? Remember, not everyone is an oldbie. It is only natural to have to KNOW what must be done before trying anything.
To put it simply, Raine, you
do not know me. As such please stop projecting, if you will, your fears of failure at me. The reason why you were expected to show your proof is because we do not trust you about this issue at this point. Even as the 'hivemind' may be democratic, just because a voice must be heard does not mean it must be obeyed.
Even simpler:
What you say?
We know what we doing.
It's ridiculous that some people would throw a hissy fit over a little criticism, true. We know about that. However, it is also possible that <s>you</s> a critic is, simply,
wrong. At end everything said here is an
opinion. So I hope you will not be too offended if from here on I stop responding to your tantrums.
If the Hivemind really wants a TFF-centered webcomic, then it will HAVE it. The group would cause it to be; someone, somewhere, will make it happen. However, it looks like it's not ready. Please also do recall that as a collection of writers and artists and various other ethusiasts, most ofu each have our own individual projects apart from the demands of a group project. Do you know of that story I have, which is running
past .6 million words? Yeeah, I'd really like to have it finished by this year; so much apologies if this is rather low priority.
