So, I was looking around, and I haven't been able to find a good thread for Noble Phantasms. There was one for Create your own Servant, so I decided to apply that idea here as well.
So, show off your stuff and create to your heart's content. (And I will shamelessly ask to borrow some possibly maybe for my own twisted purposes most likely.)
To start, here's a hard counter to the otherwise OP Gilgamesh.

Shirou closed his eyes, his mind feeding him what he needed, and when he opened them, his weapon of choice appeared in his hand and the King of Heroes flinched.
“You, mongrel. Where did you find that?â€
“I don’t answer to you, oh King of Heroes.†Shirou grinned as the hieroglyphics etched into the length of the ancient blade began to glow. “ For my name is Ozymandias, King of Kings. Look on my works, ye mighty. And Despair.â€
Gilgamesh took a step back as Shirou readied his sword. “ Ozymandias, The Hand of Empty Wonders. Can you see it? Your end? Are you ready, because I swear, for what you have done, you will fall.â€
Noble Phantasm: Ozymandias: The Hand of Empty Wonders
Rank: B+ ~ EX (See The Mighty Despair)
Classification: Anti-Country
Special: The Mighty Despair.
The rank of Ozymandias will increase when used against an opponent who has left behind some form of legacy or impact on the world. For example, if used against some poor thug, it would be B+. If used against, say, Julius Caesar, then it's rank would increase to about A+. Against Gilgamesh, the single being from whom all other legends followed, it is one of the most powerful Noble Phantasms around.
Special: Pass into Oblivion. As the works of Ozymandias were destroyed and buried by time, so too will those of everyone else in the end. When used, Ozymandias weakens and then destroys the possessions and weapons of his opponent. The stronger the item in question, the longer it takes to weaken and destroy.
Ea, by nature, is unaffected by Ozymandia's second effect.
