'cause her motivations aren't in question I guess. She knows exactly why she's there, exactly why she's going to be a huntress. No need for more introspection for one that's already done it.

That was my thought anyway.

Either that or it's going to be some big thing in the next episode.

Anyway good job with Oobleck. Would have liked to see a bloodthirsty Port leading kids into battle (read: butchering the traumatized remains of their enemies) but he's fun to listen to.

I think Oobleck might be very powerful if his thermos is his weapon. He's probably drinking Dust infused coffee.

Well, I imagine that Roman won't be pleasant with Ruby. Still, how is it she got knocked out so easily, and violently, when Aura is supposed to protect them?

Did Roman's voice change?

Also next time on RWBY: Coffee Power!

The apparent justification is that she relies on her gunscythe for everything. Doesn't really explain how the hell she can drop from those heights and be fine, but whatever.

Maybe the Aura took the hit and was depleted? It would explain why they needed a landing strategy rather than simply tanking the fall in the episode when they were launched into the forest.

New World of Remnant this week about Grimm.
Based on this new information, I've thought about something. Grimm are attracted to negative emotions. A community gets attacked by Grimm horror movie style, but then they discovered that like in all horror movies, the least qualified person somehow always survived. They realized it was because she was such a happy cloud cucko person that the Grimm were repelled by her... So then everybody got stoned to avoid drawing in more Grimm and the day was saved. And thus drugs took their place in history as the greatest discovery since Dust.

Chapter 11... oh damn. Things aren't looking good. So much awesome in the episode.

Any takers on the identity of mysterious samurai lady?

They've certainly won the battle; Grimm rampaging all throughout the city. There will certainly be civilian deaths. Shit just got real.

So, on the chick who saved Yang...anyone remember the first intro?

If she was foreshadowed that far back, Monty is one magnificent bastard.

Well that escalated. Think we'll switch to team JNPR next week for a breather?

Next week is the Final episode of the season. Shit's only going to be ramping up from here. D:

This episode was great. I was expecting a nice fight between RWBY+Oobleck vs White Fang vs some grimm in that cave but this was much more awesome.

And holy shit, Beacon, Signal and the military of Vale really needs to act quickly or else they won't be able to stop the breach due to the terror of the citizens summoning even more grimm. I have a feeling that a goliath will be the final boss of the season.

The next episode will without a doubt be glorious. A war between grimm and the Kingdom of Vale.

And Neo is magnificent, despite her height. She's now one of my favorite characters.

Zwei was the MVP in this episode, IMO.

Wondering why Yang never activated her powers. Maybe'll they say it needs to be a really hard hit, but then how'd she get knocked out Neo's attack? It's really harder than a Paladin's punch?

Seriously, I was expecting Neo to win the fight, but it ended a bit odd.

And Neo is awesome, even when she's running away (bravely).

And mysterious woman (who is almost definitely missing mom) looks like she's combining the Umineko stakes with Devil May Cry Virgil's look plus a really weird mask. Hoping she changes costume, hard to take her seriously.

And how the hell did that dog thing work exactly? Does Oobleck have the power to weaponize animals?

That dog probably has an amazingly powerful Aura. Could explain how he managed to fit into a parcel tube.

I think she was doing small jabs, hard enough to do some KO damage, but not hard enough to trigger Yang's Semblance.

They released the song Team JNPR danced to on dropbox during the Extra Life stream! It's already on YouTube.

Volume 2 finale.... 'twas awesome.

Team CFVY is really cool.

A certain character reappears.

'dat stinger, seeing Samurai Lady's without the mask on.

Also an new X-Ray and Vav trailer at the end.

I'm conflicted. On the one hand it showed Team CFVY's moves, escpecially Coco's, but it suddenly made what was their darkest hour look like nothing special. I was expecting death and them pulling a win from what looked to be the jaws of defeat. Not eight minutes of a one-sided slaughter.
