I suppose that this wouldn't be TFF if this wasn't the amusing reaction.

Will Yuri gatecrash the party?

I bet Headon would for some crazy shit like "I can move between floors, the only peeps that ever visit me are Irregulars and Yuri, might as well take over for the 43rd floor Guardian!"

I'm pretty convinced his ability to move between floors and be in multiple places at once is because he's the actual effective will of The Tower itself rather than just another Guardian, so that would be a bit of a downgrade IMO.

Yuri:"Sorry sœurette, he's mine. I saw him first."
Black March: "Don't touch my bishounen, you two hags!"

Headon does seem odd if you think about the fact that his role as the chooser of Regulars wasn't needed before Zahard's implementation of the current rules, which brings up the questions of what his purpose was before that and why he'd need to move around the tower for it.

I'm personally not sold on him being the Tower's will, but who knows?

Speaking of the 43rd floor, I wonder if, with no Guardian, if Zahards no kill contract is still valid on that floor.

Amodelsino

Does it matter? He doesn't ever need to go there, and if you could kill the guardian on his actual floor you'd be Enryu and could therefore already kill the man himself anyway.

The Company's release of 108

I just noticed the Androssi Zahard calendar. Ship's group must be rolling in cash if she lets them use it at all to buy gear.

SIU trolling in the afterword by saying a date may be possible.

Looks like Androssi wants her date, and wants no excuses this time. Should be interesting to read. Someone confirm this for me: Viole's second team is e- rank while his old team is d-rank at the moment?

Amodelsino

Yeah. They say that really clearly. Ship's team already entered the D rank floors, but they turned around to kill Viole.

Raws are out. Seems liek things are going nice and all and Androssi is having a nice day. And...

...

Well, nice knowing you, traveller. Who know how long you have until the bitch decides she doesn't like you anymore.

There's a bit of a logical plothole here considering that it was supposed to be an E-Rank tournament, and Team Leesoo are quite a bit too famous for it not to be common knowledge that they were officially D-Ranks. Maybe just nobody cared.

Out on Mangacow. Interesting insight into the deal with Karaka's faction. Notable that YHS once again has his fingers in the pie. He seems to have his fingers in every pie. Of supposedly contradictory groups and goals, even within the organization that he's a double agent for against the organization he's officially serving. He's really giving me 'secret final boss' vibes, though admittedly he's been doing that for ages.

The date was nice too I guess.

I'm actually a bit surprised that the date went by swimmingly. I was sort of expecting something to go wrong, but then again, this is SIU, troll extraordinaire.

edit: and shit, was that Rachel at the end ? o_O

Ha Jinsung took Wagnan's suggestion and now eats lollipops instead of smoking. Cool. Karaka got info on Baam from Yu Han Sung, it looks like.

Rachel is back, and now has Cassano with Emile and some dude with a Samehada-esque sword and a couple of other people. I wonder how strong Rachel is on an actual personal basis, given she didn't really have the time to physically practice for 7 years while faking her leg injuries (though I guess she could have done Lighthouse training without moving from bed). Her backstabbing instincts are probably strong still (and now I want to do a ToG x MGS crossover so Rachel can out-backstab Ocelot. Heck, she'll probably end up outplanning YHS in the end). But can't wait until Traveler mentions he knows somebody called Baam.

Also, Poken (Karaka's shadowy follower) still looks like Headon.

When did Baam get one of the tracker rings Yu Han Sung? I vaguely recall something about this in one of the earlier S2 chapters but can't remember which one.

Also, is that supposed to be Dan next to Xia Xia? It looks like his clothes templates but the colors are a bit off (and his hair seems blond instead of black).

What are you basing this on? She's still full patsy. Her first backstab was set up by other people, and so was her second. All the work was done by Micheal and that chick whose name I can't remember, both of whom were put there by other people. She hasn't shown any real planning ability at all. Just basic acting ability. Literally all she's done herself post season 1 is lose her cool and stab the shit out of a bound man because she's a lunatic.

Yep, same. I was expecting the troll all week, and groaned when I was reading the raws and saw Rak and co. stalking the date. But SIU actually did treat the entire thing seriously. Definitely surpassed expectations in a good way.

Ah, Rachel stabbing Dan doesn't really prove she's a lunatic at all. You should lurk the Batoto forums some, there's one post that really puts a lot of her actions in a more contextually positive light (ie. her initial betrayal of Baam could have been done with assurance from FUG that he would survive, and given that she was new to the Tower, wouldn't know what FUG was).

A lot of subtext that gets missed. For example, the big one that's been thought of and dissected significantly on those forums that I haven't even seen posted here once is that
Wagnan and Karaka are both bastard sons of Zahard and, like how Laure and Koon A.A. have pre-formed contracts with Guardians because they're descendants of family heads, Wagnan and Karaka similarly cannot be killed by Regulars much like Zahard. This would explain how Wagnan had his heart pierced by Beta and still survived, and why Karaka fears Baam so much and wanted to have an Irregular-dissolved thorn - because Baam is one of only a few who can kill him.

Chapter 109 by The Company, interesting afterword. SIU confirms he'll be taking a break soon, but not sure how long of one.

He says six weeks, but AFAIK that is wild optimism on his part if he's planning on getting that wrist operated. No way he recovers and rehabs that quickly. I'm banking on somewhere closer to 4-6 months until ToG returns.

Awwww... I liked the hair.
Good riddance to it IMO, and that has nothing to do with Baam's look (though I have to say, he looked like a woman with that long hair and I'm glad to see it gone for that reason as well). But the main point is that ditching Jyu Viole Grace's signature long hair and returning to the old Baam look is a symbolic rejection of the Viole persona, and one that I'm happy to see. Good for him making a statement that he's taking his old life back.

The Company 110

Yeon and Prince confirmed to continue being in Baam's team, Goseng and Horyang we already knew otherwise from speedtrans

More new info being posted on Naver Cafe starting next week Monday, presumably once a week every Monday

SIU estimates 6 week break, no actual surgery, just an orthosis and rest

Most recent SIU gossip from his Naver Cafe thingy

1. Jinsung and Maschenny are both in top 100.
2. Yihwa has stronger potential than Horyang (But Horyang will win if they fight right now)
3. Baam+Androssi team will break the balance.
4. Maschenney is a fisherman (but she is better as a spearbearer).
5. Hatsu will get a sword later.
6. Thorn cannot talk.
7. Jinsung is a fisherman.
8. Hwa Ryun and Evan do not know each other.
9. Prince's score in the punch comeptition was not modified.
10. Baam's "stop" ability is like cheating,
Birthdays:
Koon 11/11
Ran 11/3
Hatsu 6/4
Androssi 5/5
Jinsung 12/29
Plot twist: He'll change (the birthdays) them later on. (so basically like all fakes, lol)
So Yihwa must be like super-weak then if Horyang can defeat her in his current state :snigger:

Also Prince really isn't a joke character!
