Oaky, I totally love the changes you made. There was only one grammar error that I noticed - there might be more, but I only noticed one, which is pointed out as follows:

"The bespectacled mage would have never noticed him had the man not spoken up. A rest <-- [RED?] vest, leaf green male kimono, impossibly long hair tied into a ponytail and an enormous frame paints the image of the man that sits cross-legged at the base of the tree just next to him."

Great story, otherwise. And I totally think seals could be made to work for the folks at Mahora, either using their blood to activate it or magic as an energy source in and of itself. I think the ofuda and scripts used in the Eastern magic could be considered a foil to fuuinjutsu, so perhaps adapting it for the Western mages could work. Also, will Naruto be learning seals or chakra chains or anything like that? I also can't wait to see what he's going to learn from the folks at Mahora.

Alright, its been a damn month and the radio silence has gone on too long. To any of you who actually cared for and enjoyed this fic, I feel I owe an explanation.

About a month ago, I had this chapter up and was working on the second. Since I wasn't getting any responses I figured I would just post it as is once I was done with the second chapter. And I would post the second once I was done with the third. And so on. Then, three weeks ago, I was about half way through the second chapter when a snow storm hit and fried the power. Which in turn fried my laptop which I had the second chapter and a bunch of other stuff on.

Tl;Dr: I lost a ton of progress on the second chapter, which brutally murdered my will to write for a good couple weeks.

I post this now because I'm going to be trying to start back up. Though I do want to rewrite the first chapter because there are some things I want to flesh out more and set up. Hopefully it won't take nearly as long to go over and if everything goes the way I have planned, it should make the second chapter alot easier to write.
