Great.

I must say that i was thinking about writing a cross Loop where Amberly Vail, Ciaphas Cain and Ferrik Jurgen were looping along Team Naruto/Sasuke/Sakura.

Basicaly, Naruto's attempt to go to the WH40k verse caused it to be inclued into the Loop Crisis.

Guess who would have been the teacher of Team Imperium? The GEoM himself. Who was quite pissed with Naruto for being forced to Loop again and again throught the Horus Heresy.?

If he arrives early enough, the Horus Heresy won't happen at all. Even if he arrives right before the battle, chances are he'll beat Horus, as he'll actually fight.?

Not if the starting point of the loop is the final battle of the siege of Holy Terra.

Now imagine living throught endless variation of the final act of the Heresy.

One where he managed to slay Horus and remain ambulatory.

One where Horus and Sanguinus switch place.

One where Magnus decided to not send the warming throught warp sorcery thus not breaching the ward around the imperial palace.

One where the 2 lost primarchs were recovered.

One where he actualy managed to prevent the Heresy to happen but ended up facing new threats popping around left and right to maintain the general grimdarkness of the universe.

Then his attempts to break the Loop.

Followed by his very first fused loop!

Darkness, nothing but darkness. No psyker activity, no sound, nothing except darkness. He knew he wasn't dead, and he sure as anything wasn't trapped in the Warp, due to the lack of pandemonium and things trying to eat his entrails. That was mildly comforting in one sense, and utterly terrifying in another. It meant that he must have blasted himself out of the universe or something.

"-ke up already! Aye... Naruto, the smelling salts."

"Got 'em. Whaddya think this one's story is?"

"I haven't seen him before, and he's pretty much comatose at the moment. There's a lot of shock when you first wake up in a Loop. We can handle it no problem because we've all been doing it for so fucking long. It's safe to say he's new."

"Think he's trustworthy?"

"That's never actually mattered in the past. Hell, all our old archenemies are like our drinking buddies now, depending on if they're awake and Not-Aizen."

"Hey, he's coming around! Give him some room!"

The God Emperor of Mankind jolted upright, his eyes wide as they took in the scene in front of him. He was sitting in some small room with a fairly large number of eleven-year-old human children. They were riding on a transport of some sort, land bound, civilian, probably slightly ceremonial in appearance if the decor was anything to go by.

The children were of mixed race and gender, with asian features being the norm. Two of the these children were blonde, a boy and a girl. Another boy had a distinct mess of orange hair on his head, and the remaining three boys all had their black hair in done up in different styles. Two caucasians; a flame-haired girl and a glasses-wearing boy with an untidy pile of black strands sitting on his head like a haystack, rounded out the motley bunch of weirdos that the Immortal Emperor was now confronted by on less-than-ideal terms.

"Wha-"

"I apologize for interrupting. We'll answer any questions you have after we've all gone around and had our introductions. It'll save time in the long run. You are currently on a train bound for Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, which is in Scotland, which is on the British Isles, which is in Europe, which is on Earth. The year is 1991 A.D. and you will be spending at least seven years in a poorly designed castle in the company of the thickest people outside of the Kuno family.

"My name is Ranma Saotome."

Suddenly, a great racket came from the hallway, as what sounded like a fistfight involving power weapons barreled through lit a hurricane, denting the walls and making windows shake in their sills. The Emperor caught a glimpse of a man larger than a Space Marine, with a scar-covered face and the most absurd hairstyle he had ever seen, as he ran past with a grin on his face that the Demigod had previously believed could have only been made by exceedingly powerful Slaaneshi daemons. The awe and shock was apparently evident on his face, because Ranma was shaking his head.

"That's pretty much par for the course here, kid.

"Welcome to Hell."

Woah now, hold on.

I'm sure you mean one where he actually listens to Magnus and thus refrains from alienating the most powerful sorcerer in the Imperium in addition to holding back the legions that went to cleanse the Thousand Sons. >>

Because a loop where Magnus doesn't send that message would be a loop where Magnus is looping, not the GEoM.

And that would be a bit on the scary side.

Lets face it, Magnus sent his message throught Sorcery to convince the Emperor of the worth of his method, probably hoping to overturn the councile of Nikaea.

This little message destroyed the psychic warding around the imperial palace and the Emperor's secret project to access the webway.

Whom should the Emperor have believed? Horus, his most favored son and trusted Warmaster or Magnus who broke his Word by using Forbiden Sorcery AND ruined the emperor's work?

Let's not forget Horus play Russ for a fool, convincing him to kill Magnus instead of bringing him to the Emperor's justice.

The question in this case is : What if Magnus didn't use Sorcery to send the message, sticking more closely to Nikaea's councile?

Nono, that's what I mean. Magnus definitely fucked up and Horus played them for chumps.

But if it was the GEoM was looping, there would be little to nothing he could do to stop Magnus from sending the message short of contacting him ahead of time. The loop would come from him doing that, or taking Magnus's council, or refraining from sending Russ, or any number of other things that he could effect personally.

A slightly more humorous thought, what if he's not looping the Heresy? Maybe its a section of time something important happened while he was on the Golden Throne, or during the Dark Age for that matter? Such as finding the Primarchs over and over, or not being the primary looper at all and being stuck in the Cain, Amberly, Jurgen timeframe that has already been mentioned.

Also; This is TFF, threadjacking happens. =P Post a snippet if you want it back on topic.

I find the idea of a teenage God Emperor in hogwarts to be hilarious.

Does the emperor actually learn magic, or does he use psyker abilities to fake it?

And the idea of him obliterating death eaters is hilarious.

Quite honestly, I've grown annoyed and disgusted at the "timeloop" shtick that popped up in the Naruto forum. It's annoying, poorly though out, poorly executed, and is continually being perpetuated by fucktards and idiots.

I'm with Robo actually. Beating a dead horse is only fun for so long, until you realize your beating a dead horse.

Let it die guys.

The first thing the Space Marines do is hunt down the moron who suggested this fic idea and sacrifice him in the name of the GEOM.

I write this having not read any of the idea, nor anything actually suggested by the originator, but I know this is the right thing to suggest because it's just that stupid.

While I agree with you that the time-loops have gotten somewhat stale,I do disagree with how you have worded it. Calling people who enjoy writing the crack that the loops constantly produce "fucktards" is exceedingly rude and completely unrequired.

Also the fact that you waited twenty-one days to post a reply to a thread that seems to be all but dead, gives the impression that you had little other reason for you post than to stir up trouble. If you truly wanted the thread to die, couldn't you have just left it to it's relative obscurity?
