I bought Wargroove a few weeks ago. Besides the introduction mission, haven't touched it since. More because I got busy with some other Visual Novels. Speaking of which, I also bought Crystalline. Not sure if anyone's familiar with it, so here's the steam page;

I have mixed feelings about Crystalline. I bought it, thinking it would be a story with an adventure focus. Instead, it's an adventure story with a focus on slice-of-life comedy. Which it does so decently. And even says so on their store page. Which makes me feel like I didn't read the description before buying and finishing the game. ...
If you like slice-of-life comedy, with the wrappings of an adventure story, I can easily recommend Crystalline when it goes on sale. I think I bought it for less than $5 (Canadian). It's retail price of ~$20 is too high for me.
One thing which makes this Visual Novel stand out, is the english voice acting! After playing so many Japanese (and perhaps a few Chinese?) VNs, it was really refreshing to hear a language I understood! Some digging around, and I discover that the company which published Crystalline (Pixel Fade) has english voice acting in all their VNs - which is really amazing! I'd buy more of their games, but am just not interested in the genres they publish to right now.
Coming back to Crystalline, it's an Isekai story of a guy who gets teleported to another world, meets a girl and starts the adventure in trying to get back to his home - he ends it by saving the other world. For the most part, its a linear story. There are a few mini-games in-between (which are an excellent change of pace!) and some choices, but largely speaking, the game has a single path. There *are* a few different endings, but I'm happy with what I experienced.
