In the last year, we've received an Actraiser HD remaster with extra content, and will get a Live-A-Live remaster along the same lines that will also be released in English for the first time. There was also Trials of Mana a few years back, which was a full-blown remake of the old Seiken Densetsu 3. Given Actraiser was a Quintet title, it means Squeenix doesn't appear to be afraid of digging into the IPs it's acquired from other acquisitions through the years (well, Quintet I don't believe is owned by Square-Enix, but is in some weird legal limbo where they seem to have gone poof, but Enix may have had old publisher rights).
Since I mentioned Quintet above, getting remasters of the Soul Blazer trilogy (Soul Blazer, Illusion of Gaia, Terranigma) would be nice. I'm cautiously optimistic for an Ogre Battle (Quest) remaster or new game. The crowning jewel I'd really love is Secret of Evermore, though that's probably extremely unlikely to happen. If there was any game that Square probably lost the source code for, that would be it (it was their American studio's only game before it got shut down).
