Doublepost! Just saw this lovely summary in the Buffy section of ff.net and had to share it:

Sora is a new student to Sunnydale High. Angel loves Paige Buffy's youngest sister. Paige is the slayer not buffy. Their mother is still alive. The principle is Schneider. Their history teacher is weird.

You know, in a BtVS fic, the sentance 'The history teacher is weird.' can mean a lot of things, few of them good.

Also, when it gets right down to it, one of the few things I really require of a story is that they get the name of characters correct. So either this is a Bastard!! crossover, and thus potentially far cooler than a story with this summary has any right being, or they mean Snyder, and can't even be bothered to look at wikipedia.

Hmmm... reminds me of a transformers post I put up at another forum last year (spike a character name in both series). lets see...

Transformers section on FF.NET is a mess, has always been so.

I still remember one a few years a go me and brother found. It stated that Megatron wanted to kidnap a high school girl to learn about love and dating, so he assigns Starscream to get one. Starscream decides to write a girl a love letter telling her to meet him out back, and assigns Rumble to put it in her locker.

Why they could not walk up to the school, stick their hand in a window, and grab some girl at random, is beyond me. It is not like someone is likely to stop them.

Of course, this begs the explaination of why in the first place, but I'm not going there.

On the other hand, of the few pages we looked at, we were depressed to discover that was the best one we found.

Well... the problem with that particular one was it was *not* meant as a spam fic. Had it been one, I could almost understand it, even if I don't entirely agree with the concept myself.

It might in fact still be there, but it is up to you to find it if you are interested. Here is why:

My first attempt to look for it just now with FanFiction.NET search turned up some incidental Starscream & Skyfire slash.

Yuck.

A second attempt turned up a story with Megatron and Optimus attending marriage counseling sessions.

...

And in same list a MarySueBot going after Megatron, her love interest.

Double Yuck.

A third attempt yielded a very weird one with Starscream accidentally giving Megatron the mind of Ash Ketchum.

Ewww...

And in *that* list also appeared one where Starscream was upset at being dumped by Megatron and decides to sing a song.

Ok, I can see I need to keep the Transformers category off limits to me.

The issue I have with this one is not so much the description itself (even if vague), but the spelling and capitalization. That many in both the title and two line description bodes poorly for the story.
