Man, Evergreen is the second person I've felt bad for in AT asides from Marcy, Simon, and Finn.

That crown man. It's curse. As wish magic usually is.

Also anyone else notice the comet was different at the end? it wasn't sickly green but bright blue. What does it mean?
It didn't have the Lich's curled horns either. Might be carrying the innocent spirit of the newborn Lich, or maybe Finn's dad since he's been set up as a possible future Big Bad.

And I feel way worse for Gunter than I do for Evergreen. Evergreen was an epic ass that paid for being an epic ass. Worse, the rest of the world paid with him. He had the revelation he was wrong right before the end of the world, but it was literally too little, too late. Especially when the other elementals warned him making the crown was a BAD idea.

S$%t. I messed up. I meant Gunter.

Screw Evergreen.

Curious this chapter was in my country since December, and mind blown, the crown isn't trying to freeze the world in eternal ice, the crown is trying to grant a wish that was asked since the dinosaurs time. Either the crown can only grant one wish, or the wish was so powerful that imprinted in the crown itself.

Also Evergreen was a dick, poor Gunter and fu..... at least Ooo has Finn back in his legs, was tired of him moping around

Was watching the Prismo resurrection episode again on demand. Ok, so the past Finn became a sword for the other Finn in plan B. Does that mean Finn is like his own zanpakuto now?

Yep, he has talked with his own sword [In Dentist] and supposedly when he holds it the sword double his stats (two times as strong, fast, agile, etc.)

Saw the episode again. Evergreen said straight up that the crown was designed to grant the wish of the first person to wear it. So Gunter's wish will make sure any person that wears it will turn into a clone of Evergreen, or at least what Gunter perceived as being like Evergreen.

Which really makes you wonder about what kind of problems Farmworld Finn on his own had to declare himself the "Hand of Madness" when he was wearing the crown?

Remember when Finn made the wish in Finn the Human? If that Comet contained the Lich then the wish retroactively got rid of the comet or just the Lich influence. That may have changed how Farmworld Evergreen or whoever the wizard who made the crown made the crown.

That was interesting. I think the main takeaways are that Finn is maturing and asking questions while still working to help people....and his deadbeat father is on his way to Ooo.

I know, I know.....Okay the Lich could've killed the King of Ooo so perhaps Sweet Pea is still holding him in check (or he didn't want to give the game away by killing two people in a manner that would be so obvious). So, we have some time to build a containment facility. That said, someone get Prismo on Speed dial in case this goes sideways.

I've been binge watching this streaming for the past week or so. I'm currently halfway through season 5.

Gotta say, this show gets pretty dark for a kids show, and there's a lot of pretty adult stuff implied here. I can't remember the last time I saw a comedy show targeted at kids with this many sexual references and heavy themes. To be honest the darkness and heavy themes surprise me more than the sexual references. There's a lot of death and destruction in this show and the Ice King stories get pretty heavy at times, not to mention the setting being built on the ashes of the death of humanity. I've never seen another show this deep that relies on fart jokes so much.

It is better than I expected to be honest. I've still got a season and a half to go and I'm already looking forward to the next season.

.....Finn's dad is a lying bastard....I know this was obvious after the last episode but after seeing 'The Visitor' I feel it needs to be stated again. Also, at this point I honestly believe Martin could Knock up Susan Strong and then dump the kid in the woods for Margret and Joshua to find.

Lastly....I'm proud of Finn for sending his father into space and seeing to the people Martin hurt.

Edit:

Son of a bitch.....those little villagers were parody's of Pikmin.....

This ep was good but infuriated me because I think there while Martin is a lying bastard, there might be something wrong with his brain. That life altering choice might actually be the reason why he was put in the citadel but now I can't tell if it was a load of crock or juicy info.

Wait... the creators implied that Susan Strong was Finn's mom? ... That kinda makes a scary sort of sense...

Nah, it's just a fan theory....but at the moment I find it plausible.

Just finished up the remaining episodes. Nothing new to say, it gets pretty dark, a lot of jokes in it that go over kids heads, and it gets very dark for the type of kids show it is at times. Very entertaining though. Looking forward to the next season.
