The only person he intentionally killed was Legato, and that was because if he didn't then Meryl was going to die. Legato wanted to die. In Vash's normal escapades no one dies. The only time the angel arm comes out is when fighting Knives, and as you said, they would all be daid anyway. Knives would be intentionally killing people. I'm not saying Vash wouldn't work, just that Knives would work better.

Although Naruto would have to use a full mask and something to hide his hair.....Sesshomaru was arrogant, powerful, and a bit vain in what to looks refers........as the sealed influences the vessel, i can see Fluffy "fixing" his vessel to looks in a way more proper of one of his lineage...
Although, the real kick, would be if Naruto can use Tenseiga, the sword that can return 1000 men to the life on one slash.....for the Hokage and the council, to have the ultimate life safeguard under their control would be irresistible....heck.....The Uchiha Massacre would be pointless, if Naruto can return to the life ALL what were killed for Itachi......Actually i can see the nutso pouting to "all that effort for nothing"......

On the other hand, Vash has been able to redirect the blast before. A glancing blow by the Angel Arm is still going to be severely devestating and not destroy the entire village.
Knives getting the hell out of Dodge when he sees the Angel Arm come out seems pretty likely, too, since he's not dead, and all... meaning the ninjas are going to come up on the guy who just destroyed a portion of their village all by himself, for seemingly no reason. That would be plenty enough reason to seal him, especially if he tries to get away/fight back (which is very likely, since he's going to want to go after Knives).
Besides, Vash is just more interesting a person to have sealed inside Naruto.

I agree that Vash would be more interesting, and it would take a set up like that to make him work. The leader being Knives works too, he has a similar insanity. The leader does have light colored hair too.
Sai would be a trap too, he looks much more like a girl than Sasuke does. Though ironically the best Sasuke cosplayer I've seen was a girl.

When Naruto started speaking in the third person or getting too calm and allof to be normal it was usually a warning sign that now was not the time to piss him off. That 'dokkasou' thing with the gree nmist was damn scary and the dobe didn't full control of it like this.
"Now Naruto, it's really a great honor to get a request for a personal mission by name like this. Especially for a genin. Even if it is only D-Rank I'm sure that Inuzuka-san will..." Kakashi began.

As Naruto broke off in a dead run away at speeds that even Kakashi would have trouble tracking a cultured voice in the back of his head declared, "This is why Inuyasha and this Sesshomaru always wandered through our father's lands rather than staying in one place. And why this Sesshomaru raised his own mate from scratch. Looks like ours attract far too many fangirls to be safe."
The jinchuuriki could only agree with the sentiment as he pumped even more chakra into his legs in an attempt to preserve his virtue for another day. He didn't bother mentioning that Rin was just as bad and thought his opinions in who he should be with were irrelevant. Sesshomaru probably agreed with her.
