That's pretty much all it has going for it though. Honestly the story is a terrible human wank fest, like the exact opposite of the multitude of vampire wank fics. I honestly couldn't read past the first hollow encounter.

The only problem is that he's way, way underpowering Bleach. Now, I fucking love humanitywank, and I'm not going to deny it. One of the stories I look forward to most is stuff that involves our transhuman selves passing vampires and other worthless supernatural creatures.
BLEACH IS FAST. People are almost certainly fast than jets, their bullets, etc. They are strong enough to wreck entire tank divisions. There is some ludicrous bullshit here.

I got as far as the bit where in the first chapter the humans start bragging about how their augmentations will allow them to snap the neck of any vampire.
Then I red exed it and moved on.
Vampires? We've seen that they're able to throw upwards of 5-10 tonnes really, really fast, and also kick rocks that weigh the same into kibble sized chunks.
What the FUCK kind of 'augments' would allow a human to easily beat that?

Granted, I haven't read the fic in question, but unless the humans are doing something like Ishida and the Quincy, there's no way at all for them to keep up with/harm Youkai or Shinigami.
This. So much this. The monsters in Rosario (not even just the vampires, but especially the vampires) are unbelievably powerful and nearly impossible to kill. And don't even get me started on the Shinso and shit like the Jigen-tou.

The premise could be good, but not by having straight up fights against monsters. Humans should be cheating bastards who exploit their advantages of tools, numbers, and coordination. The way to kill vampires is not powered armor, it's a Firetruck.
A direct fight against monsters is what the monsters are best at. So cheat. Use mines, bombs, toxins, snipers, etc. . . That's the way to beat the monsters, not by simply getting stronger than them.
