I think that tops episode 5 for me.

Holy Grail Grand Prix was pure freakin' gold.
Favourite line in the whole thing was Rin declaring she'd do it fair and square...
Only to go around and tell Archer they'd be cheating for everything they're worth.

"So act how we always do then?"
Also, loved their sunglasses.

Assassin/Gate is my OTP. Nuff. Freakin. Said.

A bit of fridge brilliance struck me - Gilgamesh's obsession with motorbikes makes perfect since. It's the kind of thing he would have picked up after seeing one being ridden in the 4th Holy Grail Grand Prix.

Speaking of which, does anyone else suddenly want to see that?

CP 10 is out with Brainwashing Detective Hisui on the case. Though more importantly, Akiha gets reverted into a loli and Shiki shows that he spends to much time with busty females.

The grail is all kinds of hilarious. "Friendmaker" and "Hero Creation Kit". Lol.

Those scenes are actually a tribute/homage to this famous Japanese cartoon/ manga.

God. God, is it wrong I never ever want this series to die? I'm a huge fan of Fate/Stay night and it seems like the new material is just about all gone.

The biggest flaw of the final episode is that the closing number showed Fate/Zero characters who didn't get any scenes in the rest of the story (Ilya with her parents, and Taiga drinking with Iksandar). They needed some crack of their own.

The closing number had Fate/Zero characters, Kara no Kyoukai characters, Avenger, Roa, and I think Type-Venus. The whole point of it was to have the cameos they didn't slip in the main episodes.

Not that I wouldn't love to see Carnival Zero, I'm just saying that sometimes a cameo is a cameo.
