How about put someone new on the throne?Either someone who is not in royal family in Old Belka or a descendant of Olieve's(or whatever her name is,I don't remember.)relatives.What do you guys think?
Vivio is the direct descendant of Olivie. More specifically, she's Olivie's clone.
I know.What I mean is Olivie's relatives(Not Olivie but her family members,like her cousin maybe)descendant.
The closest thing to that is a descendant of another member of the Saint King Alliance, as the Sägebrecht House were once part of it. We, however, were not told how big the Sägebrecht House is, other than the fact that Olivie came from there. If there were such people, then they would or should probably be prominent figures of society. However, ever since the fall of the Belkan kingdoms, any descendant of a Belkan house would probably not know he or she is from a royal line. An exception to this is Victoria Dalghrun. whose family has somehow kept the status of their ancestor intact. Einhart knows she's from a noble family, yet seems to be living a normal life.

So if anybody wants to have a legitimate claim to a monarchical throne, he or she must prove without a shadow of a doubt that his or her family has legitimate claim to the throne, as we already know, only Vivio can have this, though she's probably not very interested in it.

That actually sounds like it could be an interesting story. For various reasons, they revert back to a Belkan monarchy, of which Vivio is the only clear heir. To avoid too much chaos and infighting, she has to take up the throne, but 1)doesn't really want to and 2)is a little girl who has absolutely no idea how to rule any kind of government. Plus there are other bad people around who will want to manipulate her for their own gain.

The great advantage she has: a decent sized group of people who care about/will be loyal to her or someone who is also like that. The Aces, the Wolkenritter, RF6, Chrono, Yuuno...all of them are there to help her. Except, for the above reasons, it basically turns into them having to run everything with Vivio giving their actions and decisions legitimacy. Meanwhile, Nanoha is still trying to give her daughter a proper childhood.

Although, thinking about the people in that group that would actually have a significant capacity to help run a government...I think, Hayate, Chrono, and Yuuno. The others are more "field work" types that would probably have some problems dealing with so much administrative work.

In my opinion, its inappropriate to make Vivio as the king because she still young. It is also unfair to let she hold this heavy burden, even the others help her, after experiencing the J.S event. Its not like she is the direct descendant of the Saint King(She is a clone of Olieve at the very least).Let's give her a chance to live as a normal girl that free to dream her ambition in the future and choose someone else to become the king, someone who is ready to do everything for his people like a true king should.

The usual solution to an underage monarch that is also the only monarch you have available is a regency. Given that this is not an established government with inertia but an entirely new setup, it would be more like a regency council.

Into which senior TSAB officials would do their absolute best to try and invite themselves. So, yeah, you've got Vivio's family on the one side of the table and senior TSAB assholes on the other and it gets all Game of Thrones in alternate dimensions with magic. Oh, our heroes will win, because there's a lot of them and they're really good and dedicated (and, ultimately, the Queen is on their side 100%), but it will be a not-trivial struggle.

"A not-trivial strugle"?What do you mean?

That it won't be an easy thing to keep things going the way they want (which is generally working towards good for everyone and making sure Vivio lives a good, happy life), given that the people that would try and interfere and get some power for themselves would be the types who have more experience, political connections, etc.

How about we give those "people" a threat?

I think I see where you're going with this and I approve. Obviously a reincarnated Arturia Pendragon is the only choice for the new Saint King! I mean, what other choice is there? Some random gary stu self insert? Ha, as if.

As for complaints about the tsab... Conducting covert operations in sovereign territory is a big one.

I think we don't need to revive the dead ones like in naruto to do this. I mean, what good would it be, they just shift their burden from someone to someone else without learning their own mistakes, the reasons of their failure. This person, gary stu or not, must come from themselves.

One of my reasons for this is that this hero is more familiar with the people of current era rather than olivie sagebrect who lived centuries ago.
