Animate dead only actually animates 2 hit dice per caster level worth of undead per casting, meaning that you could only animate, at maximum, a skeletal creature with 10 hit dice, leaving you two hit dice short of the limit you want.
If I cast the spell in an Unhallow or Desecrate (can't remember which,) I can animate 4x my caster level. Probably should have addressed that sooner... Sorry!

Does anyone recognise the feat "ambidexterity"? (Apparently it lessens the penalty for weilding two weapons) Seeing as two weapon fighting is more or less the core of my character that kind of feat would really help me.

If you do recognise it, in which book is it mentioned?

Ambidexterity is an out of date feat tha was dleted. I think they just absorbed it into the benefits from two weapon fighting.

Ah, okay. I've never heard of the feat until I found a mention of it on the net. Thanks for clearing that up.

Usually the only ones that took it were rouges going for a Shortsword/ Daggar combo, rangers got the effect of ambidexterity for free, and went for a 2 longsword or 2 scemitar combo, the first did more damage, the second had a slightly higher ratio of critical hits.

Yo, Zerohour... I'm curious. How do you intend to control your hydra? A PC can only control twice their level in HD of undead, 3 times with the Undead domain.

So your 12hd hydra is going to eat you and your party unless you're pulling some min-max magic I didn't see.

Something tells me it was a good idea for Jee to stay with the others. . . the rules are strong with this one. :sisi:

Animate Dead - 4 HD of Undead controlled per CL, he's level 3 so he's in the clear.

edit: the amount of undead controlled by AD and TU don't mix. i.e. 2 separate max amounts of undead.

you can't get a score higher than 18 with point buy so you've still got 4 points to distribute and can't keep the 20 Dex, not to mention you've got another 4 skills to max out. I recommend with Reckless as a Trait that you put all 4 points into Strength or change Deft Hands out for Weapon Finesse.

don't forget that you have 3,000GP to spend on gear.

Hmm.. looking at the sheet, 27 Hp for a level 4? 6 HP max for first CON a 8, so -1, total of 5, 1 D6 every level, avg of 3, -1 con so a total of 12 hp?

I think after a certain point, rouges cannot get caught flat footed, a class ability?

My friend messed it up, and I only dabble in DnD, so I didn't notice. I'll fix it; sorry.
Um, how do you figure out if you have a Dexterity modifier or not?

there's a copy of the Ability Score Chart on this page.
http://www.d20srd.org/srd/theBasics.htm#abilityScores

edit: or the easy method:
10 = +0
every 2 points above 10 is a cumulative +1 modifier
every 2 points below 10 is a cumulative -1 modifier(with the exception of 9 which is also -1)

i.e.
7=-2
8=-1
9=-1
10=+0
11=+0
12=+1
13=+1
14=+2
15=+2
16=+3

1 Elixer of Sneaking (250GP)
Spent: 2936 GP
I'd recommend you drop both Elixers, change one of your weapons out for a masterwork version (just add 300GP to the price), and look through the Player's Handbook for useful gear, at the very least pick-up some Rations and a Waterskin.

For role playing purposes, what skill would I use to convert people to my religion?

I'm thinking either Knowledge (Religion), Diplomacy, or Perform (Oratory).

Possibly a combination of the three...

And before you say I can't, I've got a 12 headed Hydra skeleton to assist the heathens in making the right choice. :evil2:

TerraBull

What exactly are you trying to do? A one on one conversion/ brainwashing, or a mass charm? Diplomacy is used for the personal touch, in depth appeals, the Oratory almost works like a bard thing, appeal to the masses, but hardly any lasting effects unless applied multiple times.

Oh, and for the things like Clerics, I liked that pic that was done by Lord Geryon, the one of Darth Vader and the words. "I find your lack of Faith.. Disturbing.. "

I guess mass conversions, though 1 on 1 would be possible...

I guess I'll need some perform ranks...
