Honestly, the only reason I want to be a mod is so I can re-organize this forum. It sorely, sorely needs it! Wouldn't you all like to be able to easily and efficiently browse for stories and topics without having to go through 30 different sub-forums? (I exaggerate, but you get the idea!)

Ummm... I'm mostly fine with the current format, though I've long agreed on new categories and some name changes (like FSN changing to Type Moon). Differing organizational structures have been discussed in other threads already. So I'll not bog this thread down with repeating such...

I'm quite aware that a spirited discussion has been ongoing since the move concerning the structure of the forum. The bulk of the forum is fine as is, but I feel that there are a good handful of changes that can be made to make browsing, searching, and even posting stories/ideas easier. I hope I get to be part of implementing the ideas seen in various threads, but it's not looking likely. =p

Well, the Admins are the Executive Branch, and the Mods are probably the judicial, so I suppose we should get a legislative branch in here somewhere...
Probably in the form of a committee of some sort. We'll have to form a committee to decide how the Legislative committee should be formed, as well as undertake the construction of an oversight committee. No, a second committee should be created to decide the oversight committee, with a third impartial committee to make sure the decisions made by the committee creating committee don't work against each other, and that the final committees are capable of working in some sort of functional fashion.

I will take charge of the Committee for Forming Committees (CFC). My formal report on the necessity of my committee should be submitted no later than May of 2015, with follow-on reports of potential other committees in 2017, assuming we stay within budget and stick to our rigid schedule of hard work.
The CFC is also happy to submit reports on entirely unrelated subjects for the benefit of parties who donate toward the maintenance of the CFC. The CFC would also like to announce at this time that applications to join the CFC are closed, as we believe we currently have an optimal balance of management to workers.
