Or would it be a rule, "Don't embed videos"?

Either way, no point in disallowing it.

That's what you shoulda done on April fools, used BBcodes to translate everything to Ebonics, made all pics into insults and turned all embeds into rickrolls.

I sorta like the alert idea. If you get less than a certain number of alerts, then you know it isn't being abused.

That being said, I still give no flying fudging cakes on black sandwiches which way this ends up going.

I am chiming in to say - Yes, allow, but make sure it is included in the spamming and offtopic type rules that spamming videos is bad things.

Like say, warning for autoplay or excessive numbers of irrelevant videos.

Hm... That actually sounds pretty shockingly useful. It's an easy way to summon people to a given page without having to PM them.

If you don't have it enabled it's in your User CP > Tag.
