There is that one written by Hawker748. Title is Forest for the Tree. It was a strange little story that had porn with plot with a babysitter Shirou becoming the kid's new daddy. He also wrote a Taiga/Shirou that is pretty strange too.

Mereo has a bunch of comedy fic that has Shirou as a clueless main with some jerk moments (which is pretty good because most people forget that Shirou is a bit a jerk and it isn't a trait that Archer has). Those are pretty good for a laugh.

Daneel has some omake with heroic ero-protag Shirou around BL. Lots of fluff there. Just look in the MSLN cross thread.

Only most of Daneel's works have nightmares as the backdrop. The ones he makes the backdrop for himself. Most, if not all, of his stuff in that thread is based on the fraggle and heroslayer's stories, and it's omakes he's written. The nightmare fuel in the back-story is the same nightmare fuel of FSN and Nanoha, mostly. So none of the horrible suffering back-stories like Genkyouien or the Babylon stories.

Emiya was basically a crack fic where are the Servants summoned were related to the being Emiya Shirou in some way. It was funny because Shirou was running around with no clue what the hell is going on while people are assuming that it he knew exactly what was going on.

Includes hungry Saber as Berserker, cross dressing Archer as Saber, amnesiac Lancer who thinks he is Shirou, horny Rider that kidnaps him and Taiga for cosplay sex, father as Assassin, mother as Caster, another Shirou as Archer and some random other people popping up to screw with an incarnation of Shirou. Also a Karen that wants to gather all the Shirous for her own.

Wow that sounds dreadful... having said that, there are 3 Justice League and 2 Young Justice crossovers if FanFictionNET is to be believed.
