I'm still getting 521 errors for some chapters across various stories. I'm guessing it depends on the servers they're being hosted on.

Have you checked if your alert supscription is still selected?
Because of some nonsense this needs to be reconfirmed every 6 months or they are deactivated.

It's still on. Checked their Twitter, and people have been reporting the issue for the past 3-4 days.

I've been having issues getting into FF.NET all day today... anyone else having issues: All I get going to any page in FireFox is "Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site."

Is It Down Right Now is also stating it is non-functional...

It's been down since around yesterday afternoon. If you have the app, you'll still have access.

According to FictionPress on X, it seems to be a DNS issue they don't have direct control over.

Hilarious that this is the fastest they've responded to an issue, but only when it's out of their control. When it's on their end (no email alerts/captcha loops) they're silent for weeks if not months on end.

I absolutely refuse to use the app, but the mobile site doesn't seem to be affected as much by the issues.

I have neither the app, nor do I ever knowingly go to the mobile site link... I'll wait it out... no shortage of material i can either read or reread.

I recently picked up the entire available Failure Frame light novel series, I'm up to book 5, so they will tide me over a few days.... I also have a new loners Life in Another world light novel as a new volume released this week i had pre-ordered.

Not sure how you're using the mobile site, because that's down too.

You could edit the host file and add:

104.18.19.242 www.fanfiction.net

This will enable you to go to the site outside the app.

It's back up for the past hour now, as of this post. No idea if that means it's been restored or if this is just another temporary blip.

I've noticed some randomness over the last day and a half. Sometimes the latest chapter to a story will appear for a while, disappear for a while, and reappear, in a repeating cycle. I've seen this on at least 2 stories.
