Looking for a fic:

R/N pairing. Starts with them way before Jusenkyo. Ranma sees Nabiki about to be killed by a car and gets her out of the way, but the car strikes a tanker truck and 'kills' them. In truth, some Gods took pity on them and moved them to a world of magic.

They study, and three years later after basically leveling that world's government for trying to kill them, Ranma uses a 2/3 completed Staff of Oblivion to take them home. Problem is it has only been three weeks on their world.

I have a quick query for you folks, if you have the time.

I'm looking for a fic that was co-written by two authors, one of which I believe was Drakuzz. The premise is that Ranma has a female twin who comes to visit the Tendo Dojo. I believe that Ranma's grandfather was a character, who sharply disapproved of Genma.

Any help locating this fic would be greatly appreciated!

Twin Troubles
Cowritten with Drakuzz. As usual, Genma's past comes back to haunt him in Nerima. But for Ranma, this may turn out to be a blessing. Chapter 9 is now up.

That fic has some decent parts but is overall mediocre due to some of the enormously tired clichÚs used in it.

Looking for a Fic. It's been years since I read it, but it was a Streetfighter cross that had, IIRC, Ryu come into town, beat Ranma, then leave. Ranma goes to track down Ryu in order to get Ryu to train him- and Ryoga comes along. It was moderately long and rather fun at the time, and I've recently got an itching to reread it.

Other specific scene I recall is Ranma fighting in a cage match by some airport or something. And Ranma and Ryoga having 'shin' versions of their normal ki attacks that were basically incomplete hadokens. Other then that, I don't recall much.

I was looking for a one shot I recall from back in the day where Ranma's 'copy' ability of sorts was due to having ingested an Enemy Skill Materia from FFVII, although the one shot does amp his ability to replicate techniques. Any ideas where I can find that?

'Stories where Ranma wishes all magic removed from his life'

In a rarity... I actually have a story search. Maybe this one will have better luck than some of the prior ones by me over the years.

This kind of came to me while reading one of the many many many Ranma gets a wish stories.

In so many of those, he seems to fail to resolve his issues, or just create new ones.

Basically, as the title suggests... What if he had thought things through a bit more and was not interrupted and made a wish (wish could be being granted by a god, goddess, sword, monkeys paw, etc...) for all curses and magic and damages they cause to be removed from his life.

Understand, not removed 'from him', removed 'from his life'.

Think of the chaos. Think of all the cursed/possessed objects from the series, etc...

Also think of how such might be done.

I was wondering if there were any stories like that.

Only two come to mind, and both do so only partially and/or indirectly. That is 'When you wish upon a sword' by Metroanime, and 'Rune Soldier Ranma' by Animeaddiction.

Well... there is a second one called '1 War - 3 Sisters' by A Brown-Nighthawke.

However, if it is the one by AR-Chaos, you are wrong on the arcs.

Here is a question for a search.

Of all the Ranma/XMen crossovers out there, have any been with the new 'Wolverine and the XMen' series? Instead of the more widely used TAS and Evolution series?

Ranma at a young age is part of the four generals of the negaverse and competes with the others over who can acquire the most energy.

Very humorous story. Turns Canon Ranma has been replaced by this other Ranma Genma found somewhere. Ranma defats the other guy, but since he did, Shampoo now attacks him so he can be goaded into defeating her. Cologne even shows up to try and stop him when he shows no hesitation in murdering Shampoo to remain free.

Anyone remember this fic?

One more fic. Ranma fell into the pool of drowned Dexter (not the killer, the boy genius, and turns into Bubbles from PPGZ).

Anyone remember that one?

Figures... I almost never get hits to my own search requests, though it is simply likely to not exist.

As for Seed00's first one... could it be:

I don' know how anyone reads The Light Hawk War it jumps POV to damn much, rewriting the SAME scene from another POV sometimes as many as 3 times its impossible to get deeply involved in the storyline!

And then theirs the part when the author has a habit of telling to much and not showing enough.
