Gorram, do Shikamaru, Kiba, and Neji look not-different from their regular male selves. It's like, "Add a boob, done!"

It's not like Sasuke is any better, he's just "add some boobs AND a ponytail, done!"

Naruto is the only one who looks significantly different as a girl, and that's only because the artist used his Sexy Jutsu form. Which ironically is probably not what a female Naruto would actually look like because Naruto intentionally designed his Sexy Jutsu form to be unrealistically super-model sexy.
