I hate Kamen Rider images where they don't wear the helmet. I mean, it's in the title. Kamen. Mask. Instead they only wear the suit so the girls can look cute or sexy.

I've thought about the KR AGITO and KUUGA cross but in order to pull it off you have to mess with the timelines abit since after the writers decide to make Agito a standalone series and an AU of Kuuga, they decided to place dates that don't really mesh.

@TKMacintosh: The opening trumpets of WBX is awesome. It just hooks you right in. Final attack Ride Hibiki's Trumpet is pretty rad and Double Action is pretty catchy. I like the opening of every Kamen Rider Series I've watched so far. That means all Heisei Kamen Riders with the exception of Hibiki.

I've yet to find the time or the motivation to actually watch it because I heard that halfway through the series, the writers and the director were replaced and the script re-wrtten. That usually means that there would be a jarring transition and a decline in quality, rarely an increase.

Listening to Bang! Bang! Revolution from Kamen Rider Kabuto right now...

...Maybe this will get some people angry, but...

I wonder which series would be fun to bring to America while keeping most of the original story in tact?

First thought would be Kabuto.

We can say that instead of them being killed they were put into comas and they'll awaken once more if the worm that put them there was destroyed.

Den-O would probably be either THE easiest or next easiest.

Blade. industry of people saving people from monsters, slightly alter it to have the monsters drain energy, make it PG so you can slip in a death or two, bam, your done.

And I think theres a Kuuga-Agito Fanfiction which was a full crossover.... involved Gills and Another Agito too, and the author went on and made an Agito Ryuuki cross, and last I heard, simmilar crosses all throgh heisei.

EDIT: Found it: <a href='http://www.fanfiction.net/s/5875550/1/AGIT_VS_bKuuga_b_The_Sealed_Grongi' target='_blank' rel='nofollow'>The Sealed Grongi.</a>

Too bad you can't have death in a kid's show in America. The Japanese kids have them. Heck, 555 was the most notorious with, I think, the highest body in the Kamen Rider series. The Original Orphenochs are killing left and right in hopes that one of their victims joins their ranks as Sired Oprhenochs. Heck, the method of becoming an Original is by violent death.

I dunno, by the end Kiva might be a competitor.

Hmm... if you take account the 2 eras, then yes I think Kiva might be in the running with the highest body count but 555 still tops that with the fact that all the deaths that happen in 555 happened in a span of a year to 2 years. That and the fact that a whole class of students has been used as basically lab rats with everyone but a few of them dying... well... I still can't believe kids watch this series or that the TV people in Japan thought it was ok.

Don't get me wrong. I love the finishers in 555 and I love the Rider designs. Maybe that's the reason why it got the ok. The merchandising at the time must have been really profitable until Den-O came along and blew 555 out of the water.

When it comes to body counts I can't help but think that Kuuga is still has the highest of body counts. Fucking Grongi killing everyone and being assholes.

Oh, I was only counting the "present" period. Fangire not only killing off people left and right, and fangire being killed off left and right in human form, but also the bit at the end where Bishop does the last plan which I won't mention more due to spoilers. We don't even know how many died in that occasion, and people were dying.

I forgot about Bishop's plan. Man I think I need to re-watch Kiva again. All this talk just makes me want to re-watch a lot of KR series.

Maybe I'll start keeping track of how many people die in Kamen Rider series over the years. Just because most, if not all, of the deaths in various series are bloodless, it distances the viewer from the fact that people die and it's actually horrifying when you think about how many people die in those shows.

So far the latest Kamen Rider, Fourze, has no deaths what-so-ever and so far it is ahead of Den-O if you count being erased from the time stream as deaths even though they are restored when the Imagin responsible is destroyed and those that do not, ride the train until they do.

EDIT: Has anyone here watched GARO? About a Golden Knight that goes around slaying demons that consume the soul of it's host and then goes around murdering and devouring humans? I'm bringing it up because I think it's like a more adult version of Kamen Rider. The main character can summon armour that he can wear, he has a horse that he rides and he goes around defeating monsters. Oh and nudity. Can't forget that.

I have the first episode downloaded and I keep meaning to watch it but something always gets in the way.

Finished Kabuto and its movie "God Speed Love".

I loved the series in total. Some of the characters pissed me off...Looking at you Drake. Tendou was honestly cool.

The Clock Up feature really did make the entire thing awesome...sadly it was chucked aside during like the last 10 episodes...

The Hopper Brothers were funny, yet at the same time, awesome to watch. I loved their little emo bit, but when you took the funny away and watched the two bond...It really hit home...It's just sad what happens in ep 48...

Tsurugi...was a dork through and through, but he had his awesome moments...plus I was glad when he finally got a date with Misaki...though what happens before the date even begins and what happens in ep 46...nearly made me cry.

The movie "God Speed Love" was great to watch and I enjoyed it throughly...the 3 new Riders were cool...although Caucasus was a little forced I felt...

I think that since Faiz isn't fully subbed (at least on TV Nihon anyway), I'm gonna go check out Double next.

Not quite, Faiz is fully subbed, but its being resubbed with better quality.

I'd suggest you watch the re-sub because the translation on the old ones, the TVRIP ones are not so good. I can't remember the specifics but the explanations about how switching forms can lead to destruction or something like that and how the Orphenoch king can cure it was iffy. I'm lucky that I can understand Japanese adequately to understand. Also they fudged the explanation about the Originals and the Sired.

Double is pretty fun. A mix between those hard-boiled crime novels with the light hearted fun of Shoutaro and Philip. Also, Narumi Soukichi is pretty awesome, not to mention hot in the W movies.

Double, so far, is actually my favourite, but again I'm still yet to see a good chunk of them.

I even contributed to a series of TV Nihon Demotivational posters, where whenever Phillip said the words "Do you have the courage to ride with the devil", or something related, it called him a salesman of whatever he was holding.

Caught the news on TV-Nihon and I can't wait. Want to see what kind of storyline can they think up of to mesh the two series.

I honestly can't wait to see the battle between Decade and GokaiRed...

Decade has 10, but GokaiRed has 35...Will it be a battle of Attrition or will it be skill (or in Decade's case...Cheating like a motherfucker) that wins this battle?

GokaiRed has TimeRed and TimeFire.

I'm not sure how this factors into things, but Faiz speeds up, while Kabuto slows time down. At least that's how it's been explained to me. Not sure how much of a difference that'd make to Time Rangers. If any.

We don't actually know how Clock Up work's actually.

Some think it move's you into another Dimension where everything moves at the speed of light (Or close to it), some think it does stuff with time, and some just think it makes you go bullshit fast.

The Worm's themselves did it with their metabolism or something and the system was supposedly based on what they did, so...

Hyper Clock Up make's you go so fast you outpace light and time start's slowly going backwards.

Though I'm fairly sure one of the Red Ranger's had super speed to, I just can't remember which one, though apparently nowhere near the sheer ludicrousness of "The Rain stops falling" or "The entire battle lasted less time then it took for a bottle to hit the ground" or "I stabbed it six times and Rider Kicked it in the time it took a bullet to travel four feet".

Of course, <a href='http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/EvasiveFightThreadEpisode' target='_blank' rel='nofollow'>all speedster's go the same speed, no matter what how fast they are, so...</a>

Actually, we do know how the Kabuto suit works.

Clock Up gives the ride the ability to make Tachyon spin around the Kabuto suit giving it the ability to act freely in time.

Hyper Clock Up gives the rider the ability to ride with the flow of Tachyon particles, accessing the past, the future, and different dimensions.
