The thing is, Keitaro is also there, and unless Haruka is really planning to send a schoolgirl back into an abusive situation, by physically beating her guardian out of the house no less, and lying to granny about it, he's also going to stay there, alienating him isn't going to help anyone either.
So hey, Kitsune might have to move a bit too. And it's not like her learning not to bring alcohol with her everywhere, or at least not bringing it around the children, is a horribly bad thing for her to start working towards.
Keitaro is reacting badly to Kitsune drinking, yeah, Kitsune is reacting badly to Keitaro being twitchy.
Haruka is acting atrociously about keitaro being twitchy, and seems to be treating Kitsune's apparent drinking problem as a minor eccentricity at best, and is not helping the situation at all.
As drama it's fine. But if and when the author starts taking sides and showing which one is in the right and which is in the wrong, it might become a real problem. Because in this situation, none of the three is looking particularly good, Haruka quite possibly least of all.
