I think we may be using the Confirming/Seconding wrong guys. For example, I believe Confirming was meant to be used by the Nominee themselves and Seconding was to be used when someone nominated themselves.

Just to be sure people understand, the candidate only needs one Nomination and a either a Confirmation (from the candidate if nominated by someone other than themselves) or a Seconding (if they nominated themselves).

If someone has already been nominated and confirmed/seconded, don't post for them again- it adds nothing and only clutters the thread.

Seconding is only useful if you nominate yourself, and confirming is if someone else nominated you. Either way, a person has to be willing.
