Negi Springfield wondered how he'd gotten into this situation.

Specifically why he was running ahead of a pack of excited middleschoolers
while carrying another short haired girl bridal style in his arms as she
stared up in a daze at something only she could see.

And he'd heard that Japan was such a nice and peaceful place too.

Could things possibly get any worse, he wondered.

Actually, yes. They could.

'Uh oh.'

His legs were starting to get tired and there was still a lot of school left to run through.

Pity that the girls right behind him showed no signs of slowing down any time soon.

Chapter 1: I'm too Sexy for My Shirt.

No, Really. Give me my shirt back!

To little for me to comment on what is written, but it seems to be relevant to my interests, so I will wait for more.

Oh yah....I totally forgot this one had a prologue......my bad -_-

Well, that still doesn't change my opinion that there is still not much to comment on with this little snippet, but its good to see more of this story.

I wonder if Negi is going to make it to teaching the first class.......

And also, "Could things possibly get any worse" is never a good question to ask...

That's like asking the universe to make it worse, you're just begging for something to go wrong.

Query: Will :cumdrool: Morrigan :cumdrool: show up again? I hope so

I wonder: Will it ever get to a point in this story where he considers that kind of thing normal? ^_^

Sure it will, once this story gets moved to the lemon section.

Afterwards, Ako would admit that she really shouldn't have tried to steal a kiss from him.

But it had seemed like such a good idea at the time. She was in his arms and his lips
were right there looking ever so kissable. Little things like the small mob chasing them
had seemed unimportant.

Unfortunately in her enthusiasm she'd missed. Then he'd lost his balance and fell down.

At that point the other girls caught up and things got very confusing.

"Mine!"

"Mine!"

"I've got him!"

"Hey, let go of me, Konoe!"

"Ah?! Where did he go!?"

The dust cloud settled down to reveal a tangle of schoolgirls, one worse for the wear
white men's shirt and a distinct absence of the father of their future children.

You know, I don't have much positive to say about the Lord Raa approach to writing.

Asuna Kagurazaka knew that today was going to be her lucky day. This time she would muster
the courage to confess to her beloved Takahata sensei. She stepped towards him as he greeted
some other students, determined to do or die.

"TAKAHATA!! PLEASE HELP ME!!"

So she had a real good view when the half-naked young man embraced her one true love.

Asuna's world shattered into a million cruel pieces.

Whatever faint shreds of hope she might have had that it was all just an illusion
vanished when the older teacher picked up the slender bishonen and took off at a run.

"NOOOOOO!!!"

It is, as the title say "A Matter of Timing" ^_^

Also I have to ask, Is Takahata aware of the effect that Negi has on the female student population or is the attraction effect only detectable by females? Also, I wonder what some of the Yaoi oriented female students going to think now? Ruggedly handsome teacher embracing the young, delicious bishonen and running away...

Anyways, carry on. Hopefully the next snippet doesn't take a year. :)

They will want to cure them of course with much TLC and/or they would like to be in the middle, of course.

I think this little incident is going to affect Asuna's view of Negi even after it is all explained to her. ^_^

....err....knowing Asuna's "Jumps of Logic"....she either will try to "cure" Takahata by "drastic" means.......or try to "cure" both Takahata and Negi and show them the wonders of Heterosexuality........ :sisi: :snigger: :evil2:

......Are you adding the fact on your comment that the mere sight of Negi seems to induce on any female that picks him on their sight to have a "Blue Screen of Death" to the hour of add details like logic, moral or sexual restrain on their judgements??? :sisi:

Asuna has an immunity toward mind-altering magic, so I doubt she'll blue screen or want a threesome with the magical preteen.

That last snippet was utterly hilarious.

It seems that Negi's ablity is too subtle to grant Asuna full immunity.

"Hey, did you hear? We're getting a new homeroom teacher this year!"

"Maybe it'll be Takahata, Asuna would love that."

"Never mind that, did you hear about the commotion at the Mahora station today?
They say some kind of freak wind blew off everybody's clothes in the women-only car."

"I heard there was actually a man in the car!"

"Oooo."

"Hey Makie, we heard you and the other Sports Girls were chasing a boy this morning!"

"Eheheh...."

"Ah! You guys are hiding something aren't you!"

"Whoa, Asuna looks like a zombie. What's up with her, Konoka?"

"I'm not sure."

Chao Lingshen smiled happily as she let the background chatter of her class wash over her
ears like the morning tide on a beach. Today was the day that her ancester, the great
Negi Springfield himself, would start his first step down the path of Destiny, even if he
didn't know it yet. All of the things she had only read about in the future were about to
happen at last and she would be there to see it all.

Yes, in the next few moments the innocent boy would walk in looking cute as a button and
ensnare the hearts of the rest of the class. There would be laughter, fun and adventure.
He find friends and allies in most unlikely of places and go on to become one of the
legendary wizard names of this time period. And if things went as planned, they would join
forces when the time was right to stop what had gone so terribly wrong in her own time.

Yes, everything started here.

The door to the classroom slid open.

The young genius watched the entrance in silent expectation as the two blackboard erasers fell.

And it was at this precise moment that all of her carefully laid plans and painstaking calculations
suddenly went to Hell.

You are evil Tengu. Are we going to see what happened between Takahata and Negi? Did Negi meet the female teacher? (I forgot her name.) I wanna know. M04R!
