I've been replaying some of my older games, and something came to me. Namely, a variation on the 'Negi as a Planeswalker' idea.
Essentially: what if during the infamous demon attack on his hometown, Negi summoned... the Aeon Shiva, of FFX fame? :snigger:
Yes, I'm very partial to the Ice Queen of FF, sue me. Plus, it might make for an interesting fic in more than one way, since Aeons don't simply answer anyone's summons.
Alternatively, what if when making pactios, the girls gain powers from the various Espers/Guardian Forces/Aeons... and (that's the important part) their appearance changes accordingly? I can imagine Chisame immediately taking advantage of it to snap new pics and post them on her website... :snigger: :snigger:

zeebee is correct. Alexstrasza hails from the WarCraft mythos, and is the Aspect of Life and queen of the red dragonflight. As such, she is one of the most powerful characters in WarCraft (though Nozdormu and Neltharion/Deathwing are both more powerful dragons than her). And since WarCraft dragons can assume humanoid form...

It would mean he can't exist, to put it bluntly. For one, Alexstrasza already has a mate, and she's not in the habit of betraying. And since her mate is a dragon himself... Negi just can't be a half-dragon. At least, not to HER. She's much too faithful for that.
Secondly, Aspects don't have a real body to speak of. What you see is what they choose to manifest themselves as. And Nozdormu once implied that they can't really get kniocked up - it's Alexstrasza's power as Aspect of Life that allows herself to give 'birth' to dragons.
Third and **most important**, all dragons, even Aspects, find the human form quite disgusting, and will only use it when necessary. The mere idea of them having sex in that form, let alone with a HUMAN, is so impossible it isn't funny, barring total and utter character rape.
Well... Deathwing might do it, simply because he's crazy. But not Alexstrasza. And seeing how Deathwing is quite clearly male, that throws him right out, since we KNOW who Negi's dad is.

For two, it'd mean that he'd be sitting on enough magical power to slap Evangeline senseless in her powered-down state, and be more than a match for her at full power.

Negi as a real Mob child.
This crazy, little idea was sparked by Chisame's comment in Chapter 123.
Negi goes to Japan to find his missing father but since he's out of cash, the Dean of Mahora, who is, of course, a Yakuza boss and one of Nagi's friends, offers him a job teaching English to 3-A to gain some money.
As an added bonus, Nekane could hire Mana/Kaede/Ku Fei to be Negi's bodyguard for the duration of his stay in Japan.
Just so everyone knows, I haven't thought this through and there could be major plotholes but then again, this really isn't meant to be serious.

What? Alexstrasza had about a dozen mates or so at one point (at least, that's what was implyed in Day of the Dragon and War of the Ancients). Korialstrasz is just the last/one of the last left, not the only one. And it's never been said - anywhere - that Alexstrasza wouldn't ever take a new mate.
Source on the Nozdormu statement? Because flipping ALL of the dragon aspects had mates in War of the Ancients. Not to mention the mere existance of dragon eggs. And Malygo's eggs had to come from somewhere for Krasus to save them.

In fact I think I remember him stating at one point that he'd grown more used to that form than his true form in War of the Ancients, though he stated he still loved his original form and the ability of flight that it granted. Deathwing wasn't above considering marriage to one of Terenas' daughters in Day of the Dragon (though I can't remember if he ever stated wether or not he'd actually do anything with her). And Alexstrasza has ALWAYS been the most friendly toward mortals.
It could be written, and without character rape. It'd take a lot of explanation and plot setup, but it's entirely possible.
Now, as for Deathwing... I've got a fic under development with Gendo Ikari as everyone's favorite psychotic dragon, but it's on hold until I become more familiar with Evangelion than I currently am. And then someone else on this site (can't remember the name) is working on a Ranma 1/2 fic with Deathwing under the influence of the spring of drowned girl...

Stupid idea that campe to me today. How about Lavia Loveless, from Super Robot Taisen (my inspiration coming from the Original Generation 2 game) pulling a Ryoga during her dimensionnal travel and landing in the Negimaverse ?
I was thinking at the time of the similarities between Lamia and Chachamaru, and thinking about how much Hakase would love to get her hand on Lamia. Could evolve in many ways :
-Lamia getting pactio-ed, with Negi or another Mage.
-The rest of the W-Series coming to get her (Asuna vs Odin, things are getting phallic).
-If all the SRT cast come (and with the number of mechs getting means to cut, jump or/and hop around dimensions, they could), I could especially see Tasuku and Excellen trying to filch a few love potions.
There's enough possibilities for the most twisted out there to find a funny idea.

So far, only the Granzon, the Astranagant/Dis Astranagant, Banprerios and Gilliam's Gespent are the only Earth based mechas that have cross dimensional capability. Of course, alien races such as Balmar and Zuvorg can do it to. And there are treats from other dimensions, including Shadow Mirror, Einst, Swordian and Ruina. If you want to put SRTOG character in Negima, the credible options for good guys is really low.

Given that in constructing Banpreios, they managed to make a mecha able to cross dimensions in only a few years, if even that; if a member of the OG team were lost in another dimension due to an ennemy (Granzon being the most likely culprit in this case), I have no doubt the scientists team could whip up a dimensionnal portal in a few months at most since they've already the technology.

Yes, Banpreios was built in 2 years, but in a universe where the EFA listened to Bian Zoldark, and you had a lot of technology for it's development (Macross, Gaogaigar, Getter Robo, Evangelion, Gunbuster, etc), and even then, Banpreios is not complete, because they had to rush it's construction after the demise of the SRX and the Alpha Number's exile. Now, if you think this about it, the technology on the OG universe is many years behind of that from the Alpha universe. By the end of OG2, the SRX and Ryukooh/Koryuoh are the strongest super robots, and they are nowhere near as powerful as the Big Five (Mazinkaiser, Shin Getter, Gunbuster, Genesic Gaogaigar and Ideon).

After looking at this again I thought, 'hmm, a negima/suzumiya haruhi crossover doesn't sound half-bad'. The idea for the fic? Well, that pic pretty much sums it up, more or less.
So Haruhi just happens to be yet another one of Negi's students, one who is apparently obsessed with finding aliens, sliders, time travellers, and/or espers. She needs a teacher to sponsor her new club, the SOS-dan, dedicated to said purpose, and thus she decides on pushover teacher Negi Springfield.
Things really start to boil over once Negi was told that she is in fact a Goddess with enough powers to alter the universe and everything in it at a whim. Not to mention the rogue eastern mages are now after her. What then?
This is just a random idea, I guess. It needs some development too. But it would be nice to see what a decent author could come up with.
