I'll take that Paramecia.

In exchange I release the Paramecia I made already.

Iron Armor, Ricochet, Sound, Sword, and Chain.
Wait do you mean the Taku/Mosu or the one I said about controlling wind or air?

You have a name or want me to try to make one?

Edit: I'm thinking about taking Captain, as I'm so far the only one who's focused mostly on fighting.

Also B8,000,000 Bounty, (Higuma The Bear, that lame mountain bandit had the same bounty, so don't tell me it's that hard to get.)

Just gotta finish thinking around my character and I'll make the bio.

This may not be Manga canon but I think you might like it.

I knew of that, it's not what I want.

EDIT: I'll just post the Bio I have now under the assumption that we're after the Whitebeard War, I'll edit it later if we're not.

Name: Saishu Seigi (Working name, trying to come up with a better one, Saishu means Final, Seigi means Justice, from 'Fight for Justice')

Saishu is of the Seigi Clan of West Blue, they are clan of minor Noble's, famed for their... Oddity.

The Seigi are a large family of people who are obsessed with fighting, forgoing normal Noble hobbies in favor of brutal combat.

The Seigi have an internal military hierarchy of various clan members, they are, in rank from lowest to highest:

The rank and file family members who haven't been promoted or apprenticed to anyone, the lowest wrung, almost all children are of this rank until they become strong enough to take a higher title, the only limit to the number, is the number of Clan members who don't have a higher title.

The Bloodletters: One hundred elite Clan members who act as the guards and enforcers and premium warriors of the clan.

The Blood Thirsters: The ten Blood Thirsters are the elite of the elite, much stronger then any Bloodletter, they are the cream of the crop among the Seigi Clan... Except...

The Knight's of Blood/Blood Knights: These three are the single strongest warriors of the clan, Their power incomprehensible to normal people, the Knight's of Blood are ones who venture forth into the Grand Line out of boredom, the most powerful members, those who become the things of legend among the clan will even venture into The New World and return with tails of wondrous enemies and bloody, frantic battles...

There are also The Juggernaut's, adopted clan members who have impressed either a single Knight of Blood or at least three Blood Thirsters with their strength and determination, these Juggernauts are adopted into the clan as Noble's, though they can't be promoted to any titles, their children gain that right.

Many of the Pirates of West Blue with dreams of Nobility attempt to become Juggernauts... But these are fools, to weak to even try to reach for Grand Line.

They beget not but pain and death from their arrogance and foolishness.

Thus comes the point of this, the current Third Knight of Blood (The weakest Knight among the three) is Saishu, who shamefully inherited the title from his teacher after his trainer was killed in The New World after he attempted to become a clan legend there.

A few days after News reached the clan in West Blue and Saishu inherited the title, the weakest of the Blood Thirsters challenged him for the title, seeing an opportunity, as this happens every time someone inherits a title unprepared.

After a furious battle, Saishu managed to win through sheer blind luck, ending up in the hospital for almost three months, whereas his opponent was out in a mere two days.

Afterward, Saishu took advantage of the grace period between challenges, five months, to push himself as hard as he possibly could, training non stop for an entire month...

Unfortunately, a month just wasn't enough, fully convinced of his inadequacy for his title, Saishu set off on a journey to gain as much strength as possible, to be worthy of the title, Knight of Blood.

Acquiring the all the money he could as per his title, (Pending on whether he took the Peregrine fruit or not, depends on zerohour, though again, he's not really intending to eat it.) Along with all of his belongings he could bring, he set out with a decently sized ship...

Well, kinda, there are limits to what you can sail with one person, Saishu WANTED to take a Carrack, but submitted a step to logic and settled for a Caravela Redonda (a square rigged Caravel, the Going Merry was a small one, his is bigger, but not by much, it only has five cannons.), he doesn't refer to it as anything but his ship at the moment, as he's not currently a Pirate and therefor has no reason to name it.

Anyway, that's enough backstory for now.

On to the basics.

Name: Saishu Seigi.

Devil Fruit Power: None at the moment.

Haki Knowledge: He knows OF Haki, and he was SUPPOSED to be taught SOME of it, but, you know, dead teacher's can't teach, so he just has some of the beginners books and no real idea of what the hell he should actually be doing, one of his goals is to try and remedy this, as a Knight of Blood without Haki is unheard of, even the Blood Thirsters get odd looks if they can't use at least SOME of it. (The weakest one who Challenged Saishu couldn't use any of it, hence the whole, weakest thing.)

Combat: Physical, uses Armored Fist's and his feet mostly, carries two pistols for long range, but thinks they suck to much to really depend on, good with knives, and passable with most weapons, best with long swords if mandatory.

Clothing: Casual clothing is usually just shorts or pants, with shirts optional depending on the temperature, training and combat garb includes light armor, a steel Breastplate over a Chain shirt, a pair of articulate Gauntlet's, including attachable VERY thick bracers, like Franky's forearm's thick, they increase striking power in exchange for speed, he drops them when needed, a set of greaves that protect the forelegs, knees and boots, there are weighted sleeves he can put around the the greaves for training, but he doesn't actually fight with them on unless the enemy is weak and he want's to get a work out out of it.

Basic Physical Traits: Tan Skin. Red Hair. Compressed Muscles. Red Eyes.

Bounty: B8,000,000 after beating the shit out of a Marine Lieutenant and all of his subordinates and trashing his base, "He was a lecherous dick who was trying molest a girl in some restaurant, asshole... Bringing his Marines into a Man's fight." and crushing two Marine Ships sent to apprehend him. They aren't aware Saishu is a Noble yet.

I think I'm going to borrow Lazlo's look. His gear is good and light for sailing, and in case I need to dive into the water after any of our devil fruit using crew. Plus it has the right color scheme, and I have to say that the Elzam expyness is probably making me chuckle more than it should. I'll have to come up with a proper backstory myself soon.

In a bit of a rush, so I'll flesh it out a bit more later.

Name: ??? (I was thinking Zero, but don't know if that would be acceptable by you guys)

Bio: Zero is a resident of the Spiras temple atop Spire Island. While he practices the temple's teaching, he always aches to explore the greater world, and firmly believes that exploring the world is his path to enlightenment.

Abilities: The temple is a strong practicioner of "Train the Body to train the Mind" which gives Zero above average strength. His true power comes from the mental discipline given by temple training. His awareness of the world and his place in it allows him to predict mundane attacks with ease.

Techniques:
Serene Earth: Boulder Fist/Kic: Allows him to strike with the force of a boulder
Serene Air: Gentle Breeze: Allows him to move with unusual speed to dodge attacks.

Personality: Generally a relaxed and easy going guy, he generally just goes with the flow or wherever fate takes him.

Edit: As for captain, I like th idea of us fighting over NOT being captain, at least for now.

I don't know... once Saishu figures out that the Captain is the guy all our enemies are going to gun for he's gonna want that position.

Blood Knight and all that, plus his default strategy is to scream "WHICH OF YOU IS THE STRONGEST!?" before attacking, then beating the unholy hell out of who ever steps up to bat.

Though he wouldn't logically know much about Pirates, to him Captain could just be a ship position, though eventually he's gonna notice that when he asks for the strongest, it's the Captain who always stands up.

Name: Virgil "Valiant" Sageson

Proposed Position: Cook/Back up Medic

Skills:Cooking, basic Nursing, minor Weapon Master, Unusual weapon use(Anything in the first aid kit.), common sense.

Equipment: 1 set of pots and pans, 1 stocked spice rack, 5 first aid kits (4 of which are to be scattered around the ship.) 1 set of Ton-fa, 2 short swords, 1 flintlock pistol.

Bio:

Virgil used to be a marine recruit, one of a few that tried to help police their rowdier fellows. He was also unfortunately, the one to be made an example out of. He had been attempting to calm down a dispute in town, when it unfortunately came to blows. The incident also involved the sons of two minor nobles, and two boys that were related to a local well off merchant.

The combined political pressure, was enough to get Virgil drummed out of training. And those recruits have been making trouble for him since. It was difficult to hold any sort of job for more than a week. At this point his primary goal is to at least make enough to buy passage off the island, the petty little noble brats are less than likely, to like the idea of their 'vengeance' being cut short. They couldn't beat him in a fight, but they're doing their best to make his life hell.

Master Chief Petty Officer? (Socho, also translated as Chief Petty Officer First Class)

Well, not having to wear the marine uniform would be handy I guess.

And you're 5 ranks above where Ghost was.

Lower ranked then Morgan though, though he was weak even for a branch Captain.

Yep.

Current bio in progress

Formerly Master Chief Petty Officer and First Mate of the Marine Ship Balthasar, until he attacked his Captain, defeated him, stole his coat, and threw him into Ocean. The current reasons are unknown for now. Something about a duck?

I'd like to point out that the Captain's true rank is Ensign, but his parents bought his way up to that rank, and would really be a Seaman First Class due the length of time he's been in service.

Fired basically. I haven't gotten the Court Marshall yet due to hightailing it out of there pretty quickly. I also started the rumor that the former Captain was doing depraved and horrible deviant acts with a duck. Yeah. Real reason is like Ghost's. I'm going to be spreading rumors like that for a while.

...

A Noble, a Monk and two former Marines is pretty odd for a Pirate Crew.

Good, we're normal.

Also, Lance and Virgil are most likely not going to like me.

Awesome.

Name: Lance Dirkson

Proposed Postion: Not Captain, First Mate, Food procurer, Quartermaster, and Ship Merchant.

Skills: Bartering, Haggling, Brawling, Thievery, and general acts of chaos.

Equipment: Clothes, Hat, Grappling hook, Knives, Spear, and a Justice Coat stolen from his former Captain.

Bio: Formerly Master Chief Petty Officer and First Mate of the Marine Ship Balthasar, until he attacked his Captain, defeated him, stole his coat, and threw him into Ocean. The current reasons are unknown for now. Something about a duck? He was from a Merchant family and was taught the family business before becoming a marine.

Abilities: At the moment, mostly brawling but is rather good with throwing knives and spears due to prior military training. He is okay using a Grappling hook as a weapon.

Techniques: None.

Haki knowledge: He pretty much knows that you need Haki to become an Admiral but that's about it.

Personality: Is a believer in Moral Justice, Or doing what's right. Is rather laid back for the most part.

Clothing: Casual wear is generally Hawaiian shirts over a white T shirt with pants. In disguise as Lt. Darenford wears the Justice Coat over a white button shirt and white khaki jeans.

Basic Appearance: Tan, Dark Hair, Brown Eyes.

Bounty: B500,000
Current Bio. Will be amended on the fly as desired.

So they'd get along like a house on fire Aarik?

On landfall I would think Lance and Valiant would hang out together most of the time anyway. 1 is the cook and the other is out getting the food, it's kind of a no brainer that they'd at least start hanging out together on errands, then go to an inn for a meal afterwards or something.

I'm just saying that two people who don't like noble's aren't gonna get ALONG with a noble, especially one that wants to be Captain of the ship.

Or WILL want to be Captain of the ship, bit foggy on that.

I haz an idea.

Ghost, how would your character feel about impersonating an officer?

GhostElder

Depends on what you need him to do so for.

And Aarik, the only way you'll likely tick Virgil off is if you demand the position while being incompetent. It's a case of, earn my respect on your own merits not your ancestors.

Supply Run.

You get promoted up to Master Chief Petty Officer. And I play the role of Lt. Darenford. We get to bully some supply officers into resupplying us by stating we're transporting a noble and his theologian to a nearby island of religious importance.

No, he's gonna want to be Captain because the Captain is the one who get's into the most fights against the strongest people.

But he was taught FIGHTING, and the necessary skills to GET to the fighting, ie sailing a boat and survival skills.

He wasn't taught, say, the intricacies of how Pirate Crews work, or what half the ship positions actually do.

He knows that chefs make food and stuff like that, but otherwise he just knows the hierarchy of Marine ranks, because he's a noble and some of the Seigi are Marines, and ranks generally determine strength, and are therefor something interesting to know about.

Well he'd need something of a disguise if this is still on Spire Island, his discharge while quiet, well the noble idiots were quite loud and like to carry around pictures.

- - -

Ok, but would he be willing to learn? It's starting to sound like he could end up 'Captain' and have Lance essentially running the ship as First mate.

Well, yeah, looking like an idiot pisses him off.

He's just gonna be clueless about simple things for awhile.
