Niji wa Ochiru - It was said that a great pirate hid his treasure here, on this island of Waterfalls. It's been never found save for a cryptic clue. "Look for the Rainbow to fall"
Kyfu no Haru - A sacred place of purity. A spring that enhances the user's strengths? This is the Holy Place of the Monks of Kyfu. Dare you trespass?

Well Sageson and Towers could have even been friends. Possibly even have had them both been policing the other recruits, Virgil is just the one to bust the group that made him an example.
Though if you want a similar begining, I don't mind sharing my expulsion from the marines.
EDIT: And I don't think you'd get much... interaction outside of meeting up in ports or inevitable fights.

-After the Whitebeard War sounds good, unless ou guys have another time period in mind.
-I'd prefer no bounties right now, especially since i doubt you've done anything to make yourself a worldwide threat.
-Bird Fruit sounds like something reasonable, so if you want to have eaten it, fine.
-If someone wants to have an arc dedicated to fruit hunting, it's find if most people don't mind. Otherwise, it'll be better as a sidequest type thing.

Bounties aren't given just for being a threat to the world.
BIG, HUGE bounties are given for being a threat to the world government...
Or just pissing off the Wrong noble, or killing a lot of people...
But small bounties like in the single digit millions seem to be the average amount given to random bandits and pirates.
I picked 8 million because that was the same amount that lame bandit that kidnapped Luffy when he was a kid had.
And no, I have haven't eaten the bird fruit, I'm planning on HAVING it, but I really hope I don't have to eat it.
My fighting style would be utterly destroyed by having hollow bones...

The BROB thread, is more of an RP area for, your self/mind/soul has been stuck into this situation, what do you do.
While Story debates has things more 'in universe' I think. Depends on which we want to do.
