Shudder has updated chapter 13 of Evolution One Half
One of the few good Ranma/X-Men Evolution crossovers out there. On top of that it's a decent length and obviously still being updated, unlike most of them.

Its a Ranma Transformer 2007 cross. Its interesting though at three chapters it still pretty short.

Seeing as Book 1 has been going since 2006 and is presently at chapter 5, I very much doubt we'll see "Ranma" as Ranma anytime soon ... =.=;

Note, per his author comment at the end of that last chapter, I PM'ed him on a continuity error. Sailor Mars is helping to catch Saturn, while also being at the time gates with Sailor Pluto.

Unless she has some Spring of Drowned Twins on her person.

Well they are the Gates of Time. Maybe Mars was taken from the fight and replaced with an illusion. The real Mars is at the Gates, and the illusion Mars is the backup for "catching" Saturn.

Actually, he PM'd me back, he stated he uploaded a corrected version of the chapter, and stated he could not believe he missed that.
