Foundations of the World by 50caliberchaos. Continuation from The Sun Soul in the Hoenn region. Only one chapter of ~4.5k words so far, reccing it based on the fact Sun Soul was so good.
Highschool DxD crossover, with end game Narukami as the protagonist and as an added bonus, it's thus far averted the typical set up for these types of crossovers.

Problem with these crossovers (besides the fact that there isn't much in the way of personality to Persona MCs) is that they keep making the MCs at the top of the ranks, in the P4 one even just making it so Yuu doesn't even need to switch Personas to use different powers. Hard to have drama if the MC can just whip out Lucifer anytime he feels like, even harder if he can use Lucifer and Cybele and Izanagi-no-Okami without pause.
Presumably they'll use his personality from the anime and we've only really seen him fight once, against an opponent who was taken out in one move by Rias, who isn't all that powerful either.

Honestly on the P4 crossover I didn't finish the first chapter. Once I saw him being told that he didn't even need to switch Persona, I just went elsewhere.
At least it's not like one Persona/DxD crossover I saw where the writer was very unsubtly making the MC an asshole and practically hands him the ladies from Suoh Academy because he just hates Issei. Hell, I think said writer had a poll over whether Issei would be killed or tormented in the fic. That shit I run away from because they don't understand much about writing and character at all.
I'd love to see someone use a Persona character who wasn't a Wild Card, or just limit the Wild Card to their starter Persona. P4Arena only let Yu have Izanagi, which made my day.
Using one ability wisely and taking it to it's limits is more interesting to me, than having fifty different "awesome" powers that remove any sense of struggle or risk from the story.

There was an okay one with the Imperium encountering Mass Effect (and Shepard) on Spacebattles and FF.net (The Warp is Calm) but sadly is has not updated in a long time (and for anyone going to Spacebattles, at the time I posted the site's lag had somehow gotten me a screen so disoriented that I honestly couldn't see the dates and thought it had recently updated).

Mankind traveled through stars. Created and uplifted many species. Fought against Protheans. And was destroyed by Reapers. 48 thousand years later, the last human, prepares universe for Reaper Invasion. M- for safety.
This story has problems. The author is in desperate need of a Beta. The first chapters have stilted dialog. The MC has access to a vault of old supertech.
All these things combined should have me clicking close on the window but despite these problem the writer has managed to make me emphasize with the MC.
Adrian has technological advantages, instantly becomes rich, and goes from a man to being changed into a Asari. Is surrounded and venerated by a planet of blue sexy aliens. All big signs of a SI gone terribly wrong. However the author manages to convey so well that none of this give the MC any pleasure. It's not thrown in your face all the time it simply pervades the character.
He is an average Jo who is now the last of his race. He is alone and has been thrust into a future where several of the races that mankind has created are slowly dying out intentionally or due to unfinished genetic work. He will outmaneuver his enemies and aid his allies not with pride and joy but out of a sense that it's his responsibility as the last human to put things right before he ... to put it bluntly .. before he goes out and shoots himself. He's just so frickin numb.
