If we see chibi-Mana...
Man, that'd be pushing it, considering it's...'92? '93? And she's born 'round 2000-01, far as NGE's concerned.

So, the Inserted are starting to compare notes, at least within established groups, hmm? We gonna see any cross-group confessions, or admissions made to canon characters anytime soon?

And the Drak/Griever/Haruka trio is gonna be raiding Nephrite...Isn't he an SI now, too? That could get...Awkward, to say the least.

Drakensis, at least, is feeling a touch paranoid. Sure there's something going on with the other Senshi, but it may not necessarily be benign.

Bear in mind, it was a month of being pretty friendly neighbours before Drak and Griever actually admitted a thing.

As for Nephrite, I belive that SI has been retconned out for now when participation was capped... which doesn't mean that someone might not insert once we're done using him as a punchbag.

A month, right...I keep forgetting that.

Kudos to drakensis for his awesome post. Now if I can only get my motivation together...

Agreed on both counts, Epsilon. Of course, you could give your beloved princess her cut, couldn't you Drakensis? I mean, I did give you the power of Sailor Jupiter to begin with... It'd be only fair. ;)

Awesome update, one question though: just how far away were they from the Dark Kingdom when they left the tunnel in the bar? From the way you made it sound it seemed a little far and then you followed it up with a word like bounding...I'm not sure where you live but you don't bound through snow: period. Sure Katz and Makoto could probably manage it, but Haruka's still rather underpowered, was that just a brain fart or am I missing something?

Very nice Drakensis. Though the intrepid adventurers are going to have a hard time selling all that loot. :evil2: Heh.

I believe that the Princess' cut comes to one briefcase plus contents, no?

As for the ice and snow, it doesn't seem to have hindered the Senshi much when they were there so I went by that.

Well yeah, but Haruka isn't actually a senshi at this point in time. Meh, it's not an issue, but I will admit it does bug me.

No, she isn't. But Zoi can extend the levitation effect, within certain limits. There are so many ways to justify this, it's really not worth outlining at this point.

He had enough time for his eyes to grow wide, and almost enough to gather youki for a teleport, before whatever barrier it was restrained by was eroded... by his own gathering youki.

KRAKA-BOOM!
We're going to need another Timmy
Well done drakensis well done indeed.

I'm going to have to actually sit through and read all of this, aren't I.

It's too bad admissions are closed, because I had an interesting idea for this back when I first saw it that's been percolating since. Oh well :p.

Well, I'm not too sure on how viable it would be, but the general idea involves a further self-insert, but not one immediately useful. It occurs to me, if early anime continuity hasn't been sufficiently distrupted, that Jeidite would theoretically be stuck inside a big crystal somewhere in the bowels of the negaverse. The idea would involve self inserting into him, waking up, and eventually escaping.

As someone whom, up until the current point in time has probably been out of contact with just how much things have changed outside of the initial changes, it could make for an interesting sideplot up until he (I) figures out how to go about approaching the senshi- if at all.

Naturally, none of this would work if you guys blasted the guy into gory giblets, but as said, I haven't read that far yet.

Besides, I didn't see if anyone grabbed him already- if someone did, apologies, I'll think up a different concept.

EDIT: Read some stuff. Ah. Hmm. Thinking up a compatible idea. Alas.

EDIT2: I've looked around, and the only viable concept I can think of is to nab Artemis. I know Akun has Minako, but I haven't seen any mention of Artemis at all, so either he's inert or got lost somewhere in Britain, and either case would make for an interesting insertion. Besides, he's the only one I think I think I'd be able to do without inserting on Beryl's side as some discarded member of the court- which, while potentially viable, has the hallmarks of again, coming up with an original character, which I've generally felt is sort of against the spirit of the challenge.

...........

I'm pretty sure someone is Artemis (can't remember the name off the top of my head), but no one has Minako.

I have Ninjana. I even say so in my post.

Read instead of skimming. Dhampyr is running Artemis, and Minako is not an insert option for various reasons. Similarly Ami, Hotaru, Haruka, and some others.

*sigh*

Ah. Apologies @Akun, I wasn't aware that was an actual canocal name- I thought it was what you were calling the 'you-in-canon' insert.

If someone has Artemis, it's fine, it just means I've got more time to plan and conspire.

Ideally I'd not even want to insert into an existing scout, so don't you worry about them- they were never in the consideration.

That being said, there's basically three viable options as I see it. A future villain- but within reason- ie: while the male lead of the doom tree arc might seem viable, his removal from the plot would just sabotage that entire arc to the point of irrecovery.

The other two involve doing something I dislike- and that's grabbing a member of either Beryl's court, or neo-serenity APOSTRAPHE SSSSS POSSESSIVE Court (from teh future). By all means I could develope an interesting original character, but as previously mentioned, that's sort of against the spirit of the whole setting. More rather, it would probably be best to locate one of the interesting one shot villains and develope them beyond their initial appearance.

Now, I'm off to research. Although, already there's a potential- Does anyone have Danburite?

Not that I know. I think I'm the only one on the "dark side"... aside from Talon.

Isn't Danburite dead? His death is what pushed Minako into accepting her identity as Sailor Venus instead of Sailor V.

Also NQS should be posessed by AJT as long as he was possessing Usagi? Anything that happens in the past automatically appears in the future.

I didn't mean NQS herself, I meant someone from her court. I was trying to say "Beryl's court, or NQS's (court)"

Not NQS herself, which would be stupid.

I'm well aware that anything that happens in the past happens in the future, I'm just looking for something to work with given how futzed up the timeline is. Everything old is new again, and all that jazz- I don't know if people are dead, alive, or major plot components, because for the most part it just darn well doesn't say.

I'm sorry if this appears a little ranty, but it'd be nice to be given the benefit of the doubt when I say something that appears stupid.

EDIT: Really scraping the bottom of the bucket here. Is the cat still alive? You know, the shadow youma one?
