Also, is Winnie actually going to get sucked into the virtual world? Or, like Sibella, will she be there but not directly involved with the movie plot itself yet? Because as I recall it was a fairly special set of circumstances that even got Mystery Inc invited to try the virtual world out.

And I got busy with personal work, haven't had the time to re-look over Cyber chase. Should later of course.
EDIT: BUT, I have had time to watch a few Whats New Scooby Doo's, including one involving a mummy monster in Egypt... Tanis, anyone?
And another where Shaggy is framed for turning into a monstr every night... well, thats anyone of the girls that might be in Japan.

"Like, college sure is a nice place." Shaggy commented his surroundings as the gang made their way through the courtyard. "And I bet the cafeteria food is great too!"
"Reah! Reat!" Scooby chorused as his mind lost itself in a fantasy of meals.
"Watch it, you two. We will only get a bite after meeting with Eric." Daphne admonished the two gluttons lightly as she couldn't help but smile at their antics, as usual.
"But Daph! We're starving! What if, like, we need the energy?" Shaggy tried diplomacy, while Scooby emitted a low whining noise.
"The energy for what, Shaggy?" Velma rolled her eyes as she turned around.
"To run! What if a monster suddenly jumps at us out of the shadows?! Like, we can't run on an empty stomach!" The three 'adults' of the group shared a laugh at the plea.
"Shaggy, I'm pretty sure..." Fred turned around, spreading his arms as if to point at everything around them. "That nothing is going to suddenly jump at you in broad daylight in the middle of the courtyard of a coll..."
That's when something threw itself at Shaggy and dragged him on the ground for a few meters.
-A couple minutes earlier-
"I won't say it again. I'm not. Interested." For emphasis, she emitted a light growl. Anonimity be damned.
"Alright, alright! Jeeze..." The jock finally let her alone, walking away. She hoped it would serve as a deterrent for anyone else who had the idea to ask her out, offer her a coffee or anything else.
"... Maybe it was too effective." She sighed as she curled her hair with one finger, observing the now normal fingernail and the lighter shade of brown.
After Sibella's phone calls, her mind had gone into turmoil and she had become, once again, pretty self-conscious about her appearance. After all, she was neither a full blown out werewolf nor a human: she was a bigfoot with sharp fangs, to put it lightly.
Notcing her distress, her father inquired and she answered truthfully. And then he said: 'Oh. I never told you that we can shift shapes at will and that I just chooooooose to always stay like this?'. She almost strangled him.
So he sent her to a relative of theirs who taught anthropology in that college to learn to harness their various forms. It took a while. She also learned exactly why that game company was aptly named Whitewolf. So, there she was. Hair only flowing from the top of her head, finally able to wear a dress, normal nails, yellow eyes... And hating each and every boy who tried to hit on her.
People liked to joke about 'smelling trouble' or 'lies'. The problem was that she really could. She could smell each and every lie, hidden intent and hipocrisy. She sighed again. That was another reason why she missed Coach that much.
He smelled so nice. Like honesty, fear (she chuckled at the memories), chocolate chips and dog food. Yes, just like... She froze. She sniffed the air, her nose perking cutely. It was there. Faint, but... She turned in the direction it came from.
She started walking at a steady pace till she found herself in the courtyard, where she laid eyes on a very familiar great dane and... She gasped. And then her whole body screamed something at her. GET HIM.
"Coach Rogeeeers!"

"YAAAAH!"
"Raggy?!" Scooby was the first to react in any way while the other three members of the group were frozen by the karmic timing.
"Mmmmph!" Shaggy's protest or cries for help were muffled as the girl was currently wrapped all around his upper body.
"Coach! Coach! Coach! I can't believe it! I'm so happy!" She chanted, tightening her hug around his head till Shaggy's breath got enough and he managed to separate his face from the deadly softness of female cleavage.
"Paaaah! C-Coach?" A fairly recent meeting that involved that same word being used connected the dots for him, though he couldn't understand who. The only thing out of this world to the girl was her outstanding cleavage. Then he saw her eyes. "... Winnie?"
"... You recognized me even like this! Aaaah!" The hug returned full force and again Shaggy was flailing around for his life. Velma chose that moment to reboot. She slowly turned to Shaggy.
"... Another one of his students. Right."

Kinda what I thought too, but this does make a bit more sense. While she does blend in better and not draw attention (the bad 'pitchforks, torches and silver bullet' kind, anyway)and looks human, her yellow eyes might be enough to make Velma suspicious like Sibella's skin, showing still some of her true self.
But should we have, like, a goodbye thing for Sibella and the Hex Girls, or not? I'd forsee a lot of hangovers, save for Sibella (vampire) and Shaggy and Scoob (Magic, baby).
And how long after Witches Ghost are we having this? I know I'll have a couple time skips with Phanty, so in case she contacts the story again, I wanted to know.

Danny sighed as he and his friends, plus one, left the Nasty Burger, he wanted to talk with Phantasma without risking people overhearing them, and she seemed the type to be loud.
Fat lot of good it does when the first people they run into outside is the A-list group.
"Hey, Fen-turd, you guys add another loser to your group," Dash called, eying Phanty. He approached with a cocky grin, "Hey, why are you hanging with the losers when you could hang with the all-star quarterback?"
Phantasma looked right into his eyes, not blinking or saying a word. Just as it was getting weird for Dash, it got worse than weird. Phanty's eyes began to roll upward, her iris disappearing, rolling and rolling until they came back up from the bottom, having done 360 degrees in each socket, and locking back with his.
"BOO!"
"AHHHHH!" Dash jumped back, knocking over a trash can and ending up covered in day old Nasty food.
Phanty laughed high and loud, echoed by almost everyone in the parking lot. Finally, she calmed down a little, looking at the trash covered jock, her face eerily serious with an equally eery smile, her tone seemed to chill the air, "You couldn't handle me."
Dash shivered as Danny grabbed Phantasma by the wrist and pulling he away with Sam and Tucker, he had to find out who this girl was he was dealing with.
Back at the Nasty Burger, Kwan helped his friend up, only to recoil at a smell, "Dude, did you crap your pants?"

Phanty put her Scare Tactics lessons to good use.
Could be taken as "You recognize after I'm all grown up!" On that note I actually can't see Winnie being all that tall or a bomb shell as an adult. Mature looking enough not to relly be seen as a loli but not enough to compete with Daphne. She was just so damn tiny as a kid despite being not that much younger than Sybella. I can see her not really caring about it until she notices that all the others have much better proportions.
On Phanty&Danny, it would be bad if she was too strong/usefull since she could just solve everything and kill all conflict. I can see the ghosts giving her some respect and distance cause of her heretage but still hassle Danny. Perhaps even "kidnap" her to lead him into a trap.

Winnie looked so young in the movie because she was just that, young, like 3 or 5 years younger than Sibella. While probably not stacked, I'd see Winnie as more of an athletic build, maybe a bit tall, but not amazon tall.
As for Phanty, I'm still trying to nail down her powers. She would be strong (she is her father's daughter), but not super-super strong. So far she only used a couple basic powers (flight and invisibility) and a little trick to scare Dash. I already know why Danny didn't detect her, and it's not really a power of hers. She'd have basic powers of any ghost, but I'm sot sure what sort of Phanty specific powers (Given her high voice and such, I'm thinking something like a wail or something).
