Pearl.....that was a colossal fuck up.....Not only did you waste time, not only did you lose the trust of your team lead....you also played the same message directed at Yellow Diamond two more times....meaning you've increased the chances of her seeing it.

Pearl, you're one of my favorite Gems but....until further notice...you're benched.

Steven....you're mother charged you with helping the remaining Gems...now more than ever I am convinced they need you as much if not more than you need them.

....wow....Pearl screwed up so badly that Ruby and Saphire split up....for a bit. I mean in the end Steven got them back together, but that was still hard to watch....Garnet's not yet ready to forgive Pearl....but she's at least speaking to her again which is more than I could've hoped for at this point.

I just thought the third eye was a quirk of their fusion. Like how Sardonyx has four eyes, and the top two are smaller that the bottom two.

with the exception of opal (who had four arms) every fusion we have seen thus far has had as many eyes as the gems that made them up so it stood to reason that one of garnets components had 1 eye and ruby clearly had 2

First off recognition.

Steven, you were on fire today. You pulled out your shield multiple times and used it to great effect. Your banter needs some work, but top marks overall.

Ameythyst. You had Steven's back today when the other Gems were distracted, so good on you for stepping up.

Garnet, you opened up to Pearl, and admitted your own faults, the sign of a good leader in my opinion.

Pearl, you've obviously got a LOT more baggage than I first thought....but I think you're taking a step forward in your development and I am happy to see it.

In general. I am gravely concerned by the fact Peridot said Earth has an expiration date as I am sure she's not talking about a Global Thermal Nuclear War, or Ecological disaster. The Gems need to capture her soon and begin the interrogation. I believe the best bet for breaking her will is to sit her in the comfy Chair and let Steven be his sweet self to her for a week straight. She'll be spilling all her secrets in short order IMHO.

Also, can all Gems cut off a limb to escape? I mean Peridot does remind me of Megaman's evil older sister in design sometimes, so her losing a limb is no big shocker, though it does raise a number of questions....like...will that limb poof or will it remain solid until Peridot attempts to reform herself.....

Also, Pearl's comment about needing someone to tell her what to do is sad and concerning. I mean if Pearl isn't the only one of her kind...what is life like for her sisters (and brothers?) on the homeworld?

Edit: almost forgot....during the Episode Historical Friction....did Nana goose Jaime's bum or was I seeing things?

I'm starting to believe that Peridot's body is not the actual construct of her gem, instead it seems like a robotic body so she can function, maybe modern gems have bodies built for them acording to heir specifications
