When Garnet said she sometimes looks to Pearl for strength I didn't really believe it....until this Episode. Seeing Pearl swing into battle, hearing her described as a terrifying renegade Pearl, and seeing how much importance Gem society places on staying in your role (A touch like the Dragon Age's Qunari when I think about it) really brought home the weight of that statement.

That said I am beginning to understand why the Gems left this world alone for so long. They live such long lives they and hold such a nasty grugde that waiting a few thousand years for your terrible revenge must not seem like much time at all.

Also....perhaps I'm just on a Star Wars kick but....the following modified code appears to apply to Pearl.

there is only passion.

You know what....Steven you made the right call. You got Peridot to tell you exactly where she stands, you kept the Crystal Gems out of it because they would've flown off the handle, and even gave Peridot a chance to come clean....I am impressed.

.....I knew Yellow Diamond would be bad but this level of vindictiveness I did not call.....I am honestly worried she will come to earth herself just to put her foot up Peridots ***.

Yellow Diamond is a titan compared to the rest, size wise.

I kind of wonder if she's an individual, which would make sense considering the rarity of a fancy (Colored Diamond) or if she's a fusion of multiple Yellow Diamonds.

I didn't catch the best glimpse of her, but was Blue Diamond large like Yellow Diamond? And how many other Diamonds are there, I wonder?

At least 3 confirmed by the Diamond simbol, but we know that the symbol of the diamonds has a pink part, now that pink part was destroyed and the symbol has only the white, yellow and blue part.

Originally I thought that Rose was a diamond, but comparing size, Rose couldn't possibly be a diamond, now what I wonder is if Rose was unique or if there are more Rose Quartz or at least Quartz in Home World

Considering that Gems can control their shape to some degree, I can not accept Rose's height as a valid reason to discount the possibility of her being a Diamond. At this point I would rate the 'Rose = Pink Diamond theory' as 'Plausible'.

I also need to add, that smile Rose gave off before she attacked the fused Rubys....was just a wee bit to close to a slasher smile for my tastes.... Honestly, I think Rose is a good person....but something about her strikes me as ruthless, yet I can't explain why....

Rose was probably a Martial Pacifist, she loved everyone and wanted to protect the gems, at first she probably just puffed her enemies and bubble them but with the war escalating she probably just smashed them first and asked questions later, she didn't even confide everything to Pearl who seems to be at her side since the beginning, Rose probably was a ball of self guilt and regret that ate the end just wanted to finish the fight, after all the gems just puffed Peridot and their plan was just bubble her and forget about ever happening, hell they just suck at thinking thinks throught.

If it wasn't for Steven, who is probably a much more all loving hero than her mom (Even Rose probably would just seal Peridot) they wouldn't even know about the cluster, the very likely future invasion and all the more problems that are coming

I consider it a really, really difficult tie personally...sometimes peridot makes it over garnet but garnet also takes her top spot for me right back. But no doubt Peridot's quite a quick favorite for how little time on the show she has been to begin with.
