It isn't anywhere in the rules, old boy - a fact which you are obviously well aware of. Else you wouldn't have asked it. A touch of Socratic Irony, there? 
However, the forum's name is pretty plain - fanfiction. Constructive criticism thereof. In addition to that, there's fapping, there's lively discussion, there's some trolling and everyone tends to have a good time.
If I wanted a VS board, I'd go and surf GameFAQS. If I wanted juvenile insults and a thin veneer of intellectualism, I'd go to StarDestroyer and weep as nerds take their faggot tree too seriously.
Most annoying of all? We've actually managed to keep the Naruto VS topics civil, for the most part, while staying on-topic and coming up with outcomes that seem plausible. But here? No such luck.

I was going to have a fic where Justice League goes up against the Z Senshi. Mainly centered on Gohan, with the Z Senshi transported to the DC Universe.
Martian Manhunter trying to read Vegeta's mind to see their intentions invoking his rage. Then I was going to have Goku fight Superman, (obviously-->) Vegeta fights the Martian Manhunter, Gohan would fight Wonder Woman, Goten would fight Batman (because he finds Batman creepy and thinks he's a demon), and the others I was undecided as to how it would play out.
I was originally going to use the cartoon version Justice League Unlimited. I was thinking of how the fight would go what powers would be used and I was hoping this would help since a friend of mine said that Supermans strength was getting closer to the comics level during his fight with Darkseid. At this point I'm not sure if the fics a good idea.

Well, if you are aiming for the Justice League to get the ever-loving shit beat out of it, then go right ahead. The only superhero in that lineup that stands a chance against his opponent is Supes, but he's gonna get his ass handed to him anyway since TV Superman is an absolute POS compared to comic Superman.

Goten VS. Batman? If Goten thinks that Batman is a demon, he isn't going to be pulling his punches. That means one hit and Bats is dead. And since the Z Senshi move faster than the speed of light in a regular battle, no one in the entire Watchtower can hope to put up any kind of a fight, since the Justice League Flash is so slow that a tank was able to shoot him while he was using super speed.
It's going to be a disgusting curb-stomp.

I was going to amp up their powers a bit. Also, Unlimited as like dozens of Heroes. Martian Manhunter is comparable to Superman in strength. I was thinking of making it right after they fought Buu to make it more interesting.
Or maybe during the fight with Buu all the Z fighters were brought to Supreme Kai's world and Buu as he's about to be destroyed sends out a blast from his antenna to send them to another universe. They're tired, on edge, and Vegeta feels Manhunters telepathic probe and in true Vegeta fashion responds with a fist to the face.
Goten's fight with Batman would be more comedic. Sending out weak energy blasts while yelling stay back. Maybe running like a chicken with his head cut off. One thing that I want to happen in the future is for Batman to learn ki techniques from Goten as a sorry for thinking he was a demon.
Working toward sending them back home and trying to figure out which reality there from.
Helping the JL to understand that sometimes you need to finish an enemy but also to have restraint.
I really want Gohan to end up with Supergirl. I disliked how she just stayed in the future after knowing the guy for about five minutes. I find the whole tomboy beat up the guy and he'll fall in love with you thing annoying as hell so unless Videl's attitude is changed she won't be going and most likely won't end up ina relationship with Gohan.

I think, if Akira Toriyama and the late Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster sat down and actually wrote this thing, they'd give the victory to Superman. And a generic Japanese city would be vaporized.
