So what's gonna be the problem of the game?
Hm I'm not gonna tell ya what jutsu you should or shouldn't have. You might want to ask Zeni about that.

My main job is the be an assistant DM as such.
Maybe I didn't make this clear enough. I want to know about the conflict of the game, not the jutsus I'm gonna use.
Ahh you mean the storyline?

It's basically the naruto storyline from start to the retrieval arc. Our goal is to prevent the bad of time skip.

If you meant somethin else could ya specify more?

Posted a character. Mick already saw the resemblance, but if you can guess the source of my inspiration, I'll award you an Internet!

If you could add an anti-bloodline (basically, a blood-line that weakens you, with no positives), could you get a few more points for stats or get extra EXP?

I'd rather not. Especially considering something like that usually has it's own benefits to off sett the problem. Otherwise why bother?

So does everyone all start as genin, or will there be jounin-sensei, chunin, etc?

We're all Genin. The only jounin, etc will be those in canon, and random anime characters.

What will the relationship, if any, be with the other TFFA rpgs?

None unless you bring this character into any later TFFA RPGs.

Ah. I've gotten an idea for a character, but one of the central parts is that a lot of time has passed since the TFFA rpgs took place.

Oh my...it seems people are already registering characters XD. I haven't even finished writing up the character development scheme :p

Oh well, just be sure to see if any major changes affect your character when I finish the development scheme.

Made edits to the opening post. The following are the major additions.

World of TFFA Ninja Blitz

The Ninja world is yet another world floating in the Infinitum, the Multiverse that contains all possible worlds.

The Grand Master Fangirl has been changed to the Grand Kage Fangirl.

Special TFFA Concepts

The Forces of Light
What it says. It's the light side of the force.

Crack-Fic Potential
The power to alter reality down to its very roots, the power to alter destiny and fate, the power to change the entire universe....and warp it into something incredibly ridiculous. It exists within every single world in the infinitum, but some have more than others. Few people know of its existence. Fewer still know how to draw it out and channel it to use it as a power.

In the word of TFFA Ninja-Blitz, Crack-Fic Potential powers arise as kikaijutsu, a special form of ninja arts where, instead of chakra, one manipulates crack-fic potential and channel it to perform many powerful jutsu...such as the STEAMROLLER-WRYYYY-no-jutsu.

Awesome-Force
It is power, pure and without form. It was said that the Infinitum was created from this very power.

The Forces of Darkness
Yes, the dark side of the force!

Trollz-Force
A dark manipulation of the Infinitum's Crackfic Potential. The trollz use this power to manipulate and warp reality to their own liking. However, most low level Trollz can only use this power to take on the shapes and powers of other beings. Higher Level Trollz can manipulate power to turn the universe upside-down, should they wish.

The manifestation of this power in the Ninja-blitz world is in the form of Troll-Jutsu.

Yaoi-Force
Another dark manipulation of the Crackfic Potential.

Yuri-Force
Yet another dark manipulation of the crackfic potential.

Crossoverium
Some ancient, allegedly mad sages, scientists, wizards, etc. all over the infinitum have all, individually, speculated one similar theory - that some special force, energy, or magic, or maybe even substance, connects the many worlds of the Infinitum.

It is still mostly in the realm of mythical speculation. However, it is clear that something connects the worlds together. Moreover, they seem to intersect in certain worlds such as the realm of TFF Academy City and the realm of fanfiction.net. They seem to be in some way connected to both crackfic-force and awesome-force as well as the realm of TFF has been found to have both in abundance.

TFFA RPG Bonuses
Players who play other TFFA RPGs benefit from certain special bonuses.

There is an explanation for this. (Reference to Jet Li's movie, The One) In the Infinitum, there are many, many parallel worlds, each inhabited by many, many different people. But each person in a particular world would have a counterpart in another parallel world. For example, the Zeni in the world of TFFA Ninja Blitz is the parallel counterpart of the Zeni in the world of TFF Academy City. When one gains experience and grows stronger, so do the others, as they are all bound to one another.

The bonuses are as follows:
1) Any EXP gained through posting in another RPG counts towards the overall EXP. So TFFA Academy City RPG players can now start counting their posts to accumulate EXP.

2) NPC limit carries over from other TFFA RPGs. So, for example, you have 4 NPC slots after playing 3 arcs in the TFFA City RPGs. You gain an extra slot by playing TFFA Ninja-Blitz and thus you get 5 NPC slots which you can use both here and in TFFA City. The same goes for people in Ninja-blitz playing in the TFFA City RPGs.

(to be honest, it's just so that people keep on posting in the other RPGs)

Oho...a very nice beginning to the story, Zeni.

Do we have to be 'awarded' an NPC slot or can we go ahead and fill them out? There's one NPC that I really, really am dying to see in this RPG, especially since it's related to my character's past.

And when exactly will this start? I'm itchin' to get to writin', not to mention to finish up the fighting in the other RPG.

You can go ahead and fill in a new NPC. Another new NPC will be awarded to you during the course of the game. :p So you get two new NPCs by joining in Ninja-Blitz.

It starts as soon as I iron out the finer details of the game. There's so much to do...and there's only one GM! :p

Btw, I'm fashioning this game somewhat after Chaos RR, the idea for which I found most fascinating when Mick and Sidhe explained it to me the other day. So credit for quite a sizeable bit of the story idea goes to Chaos RR.

Excellent.

To be honest, I only really want to have one NPC, though that might change as time goes on.

I'm annoyed at myself for not thinking of using the character I made for NB in the TFFA RPG.

I think that this one has potential and I'm much more excited about it, mainly because of my character.^_^

I would offer to be a GM...but I'm on too sproadically and I have no experience at all. Just ask the guys in the WoW thread...-_-

Sure.

I was even thinking of putting in Zero's estate. I mean, tentacle!Lawn FTW! :snigger:

I'm still unsure about the TFF Clan system, so I'm still muling that one about. A lot of other issues still need to be resolved too. I'd value your input, Zero.

Wow... I got plenty of NPC slots and no characters to use them for the moment in this new scenario. And I dunno whether to port the current ones sticking with me in the other RPG or create new ones.

We're in the same boat with the available slots. Though I plan on having ONE NPC slot used at most. No one, not even Mick or Eterna, can convince me to add more.

Hmm, what about Fuuinjutsu? I know it's not a typical genin skill in Kishimoto's view, but unless TTFA's Academy also suffers from myopic hindsight, wouldn't they at least give introductory classes on it and perhaps encourage anyone who takes an interest to it into learning more as part of their Genin training? (in other words, I'd want to use it and I dunno what that'd be worth)

I got a cracktastic idea for a bloodline, too, and a jutsu based on it for a possible char... I do have to think up first whether I want to even try.

I get what your saying, though I don't know if a Genin would be allowed to start with those type of skills.

Somethin will be figured out probably. Hm..gotta think of more rules/competency ranking for the levels 4-9..

The bloodline would unlock said jutsu, she wouldn't start with it. :)

But the fuuinjutsu is required for the cracktastic weakness... ooooh, that looks nice... I must blow it up... where'd I leave my homemade explosive tags?...

About the jutsu EXP though, just how exactly should we count how much we get? Is it we get one XP for every one post or something?

Yes, one xp for every post I believe. Until Zeni says otherwise.
