Angelic Layer
Angelic Gear Perfect - One of the first AL amvs I've ever watched but still one of the best. And it makes AL seem really cool in the whole trumpets blaring, knights on horses about to do the thundering invincible charge sort of way. In the darkness, the light doth shine. That's not to say AL isn't cool - it is - but I don't think I ever got that impression from the anime itself.
Beyond the Clouds
Waking Hour - I've never watched this anime myself, but it's beautiful music set to beautiful graphics.
Ghost in the Shell (TV)
Light - This really isn't as emotional as the other pieces but I do appreciate seeing the vast amounts of ass-kicking that the Major does.
Fate/Stay Night
Lost Requiem - Dramatic music and great editing. I'm sad that while I love the concept of FSN, I haven't seen that many great AMVs. It does start off a little slow though so stick with it.
Kiddy Grade
Fight for Justice - The song's really, really repetitive. Not much one can do about it, but I do have to say it does fit the piece.
Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi
She's Just Oblivious - The song "She's Just Oblivious" just really captures the essence of Haruhi. A perfect fit and my minor criticism is that some of the scenes seems just a tiny, tiny bit repetitive.
MGL Nanoha
Chance - MGLN is awesome and so it's great to see an awesome video for it. Video quality is like DVD good. This one is more reminiscent in style to the GitS piece although the song is very different.
Resonance - I like this song as well, but the quality of the video in this isn't as good as the first. While there are some interesting effects based off the title of the song, it's just a little bit too much. Still, better than many others I've seen.
Naruto
Phenomenon - Some really interesting effects in this piece and the song lyrics fit the scene selection. Given the dislike for Sasuke, as a warning, the amv focuses on Sasuke and Naruto as friends becoming enemies.
