Usagi blazed through the front door and up the stairs, and was in her
room by the time the door closed. Kenji and Ikuko looked at each other,
then Ikuko wryly shook her head. "I'll go get her," she told her
husband, and headed for the stairs.

Kenji sighed and shook his head. It was just amazing, he mused, how fast
and hyper-active Usagi was during the day, considering how impossible a
time Ikuko had waking her up in time for school in the mornings.

Hokay, I see the problem. I started my count at 01 for the first chapter, rather than 00. So my 14 matches your 13.

I haven't looked for him and don't really care to, since there's no way he'll ever finish the one story he has that I once liked. Not at the pace he's going.

I still reread Rune Ranko from time to time. I don't much care for that one where God-Ranma splits Ranma into his two halves and they train to be champions or something, but the rest of his stuff I generally like.

But... some of that 'fannon city' or cliches and what not... were that bad back when written.

I liked several of his stories... If they update, I'd continue to do so.
