So what you are saying is that the MC dosen't have a Harem, he has a Hive mind. One girl, multiple bodies all there to SERVE his Moe needs.
I actually had a idea for a harem story that had, as a plot twist, the idea that the MC's harem was all the same girl, just her different personalities. She altered her dress/ wore wigs, makeup, etc, to look differently.

If this were written, I think I would get confused very quickly.

Eh, I figured you would write them monogatari style with each personality having it's own hangouts, etc. Subtle hints here and there that the MC is aware of it, but playing along/trying to sort them out.

MC has known the girl since childhood, but even he can hardly remember which, if any, of the 'girls' was the original personality. His dream is to go to college and become a physiologist, with a goal of helping her and others like her.

finsihed watching Trigun movie

finished off watching SAO Extra

finished off rewatching Heroic Age

started watching SAO Offline

Probably going to start watching Prism Kaliad 2 or rewatching Garden of Sinners once SAO Offline finished...

Finally got around to watching the entirety of the Monogatari series as I'd planned.

Ah, what a journey.

Mahojin Guru Guru.

It's extremely early to mid 90s, and yes, I do mean the recent reboot.

I don't mean just the RPG game elements either, but the entire show, right down to the music, character designs, as well as the style and timing of the humor is a huge throwback.

This was obviously done intentionally and it works pretty well. Those of us who remember watching anime in the 90s this is a great throwback thing worth checking out.

Finished off Another and Netoge no Yome wa Onna no Ko Janai to Omotta? (And You Thought There Is Never a Girl Online?).

Another is a decent horror series, though a far bit slow moving. I considered dropping after the third episode, but decided to give it one more chance - and I'm glad I did. The animators did a fine job with the art, and the character designs worked very well. (Especially with the two female adults - if you've seen the show, you know who - I honestly couldn't realize the connection between them until the it was pointed out in the final episode.)

Netoge was... I liked the show, and thought the battles and art were well done, but the main female character was a bit ... overly-annoying and boring at times. Not enough to make me drop it, but still...

Off to watch the Certain Magical Index movie and then The Lost Village!

My son is hooked on the Chinese dub of Shima Shima Tora no Shimajiro. Sadly, it's rather hard to find a ton of episodes in any particular order for it.

There's a good bit of it on Youtube in Japanese. Unless it being the Chinese dub is important, you could just sit the kid down in front of the computer and watch a bunch of it there.

The show even has an Official Youtube Channel with quite a bit of content. All in Japanese though. Just looking at it I can see that it's updated with new content regularly.

The trick is to search for Shimajiro rather than the entire title.

I'm also pretty sure order doesn't matter. It's extremely episodic by design. This type of children's show doesn't really do overarching plots because the target audience isn't really old enough to follow that sort of narrative and will watch the same episodes over and over.

There are three seasons all with 100+ episodes, and it is a currently airing show.

The problem is that the show is aimed at such a young audience that there's no real reason to release it subbed because anyone actually old enough to read it won't be very interested, and for the same reason it's too niche to get dubbed.

In the last several days, been on a bit of a run through several anime.

finished re-watching Log Horizon

finished re-watching Garden of Sinners

finished watching Prism Illya season 2

finished watching Magical Warfare

started re-watching Haruhi Suzimiya, up to episode 18 as Crunchyroll numbers them, which is not actually the original order.

I'm up to episode 9 of Chrono Crusade

I'm up to episode 3 of Moribito

Does anyone know if Magical Warfare ever had a 2nd season? I'm ticked off they ended the first season the way they did, as practically nothing got resolved at all...

Started watching Prism Illya season 3 - up through episode 4

Started watching Trinity Seven - up through episode 5

Started Robotics;Notes. I'm only a few episodes in as of yet.

Takes place in the same Universe as Steins;Gate. Completely different cast though.

Recently rewatched Steins;Gate, so decided to give this one a go as it's been on my watch list for a while now.

Been decent so far, it's about Robots. It's a school club that builds them for competition.

Based on a game of course, and it's considerably lighter so far, which makes sense. Stuff going on that hasn't been addressed yet.

I've heard it takes a somewhat realistic approach to robots and the science is fairly well researched. Not absolutely realistic, but like Steins;Gate it's based on real life research and tries to keep things somewhat plausuble.

I started watching two series on a whim... one is 'In another universe with my cell phone', and the other is 'Knights and Magic', which is not really a correct title for the series in my honest opinion, but whatever.

The former reminds me a bit of a couple different recent series with universe hopping and cell phones. The latter reminds me a bit of Marksmen and Vanadis in style, but more of a odd mix of Martian Successor Nadesico/Godzilla/Gamera/El Hazard fusion.

Cell Phone is the worst Isekai I've ever seen.

The MC is a hugely overpowered Mary Sue of the absolute worst kind and has the personality of a smiley face painted on balsa wood, the girls are basically a hive mind without any distinct personalities, there's no real villain at all, the writing borders on complete nonsense, and it has some of the worst sound editing I've seen in a while.

The character designs aren't awful is the nicest thing I can say about it. It's doesn't even manage "comically bad", it's just terrible.

The only reason I finished watching it is the morbid curiosity of seeing how long it could sustain being as awful as it was for, and the fact that I didn't want to start another show as I had somewhere to be the next day and couldn't binge a whole season of something else and still get enough sleep. Very nearly dropped it anyway despite that.

Smartphone was so bland I just stopped at episode, 3? 4? I need to at least take a look at the gynoids from it and be done with it.

Knights and Magic was ok. Though 3D CGI could've used a few more FPS. The only thing I think the show missed on was Eru having to promise to help the elven queen with a "certain task" down the line for all the knowledge they've given him access to.

I've finally started watching Houseki no Kuni, now I'm wondering if I should've waited for it to end because I want to get off of the breaking ride, the baka gem is making me sad, when will the tsundere gem cheer up the baka gem.

Finished up Robotics;Notes.

It is as advertised and a Steins;Gate style giant robot show. Lots of slow build up in the first half, the characters are fun, things ramp up in the second half, and it's got a well written and convoluted mystery thing going on throughout.

It's not as good as Steins;Gate overall, but is still well worth a 22 episode time investment.

Watched the first two episodes of Girls' Last Tour/Shoujo Shuumatsu Ryokou. I was worried that it might make me sad, but so far, it's OK. The character designs for Chito and Yuri are not complicated or even vaguely realistic, but if they were, then the horror of the setting might get too close. If you know what I mean.

Also, I've been watching My Girlfriend is a Sho-Bitch/My Girlfriend is Too Much to Handle/Boku no Kanojo ga Majimesugiru Sho-bitch na ken. I wanted to like it more, as when I was reading through the manga, I was entertained by how the main character was sensible and everyone else around him was lewd, but the anime isn't doing it for me. I don't know if it's the jokes not translating or people trying too hard or what, but I'm a couple of episodes behind and I'm thinking of dropping it. It's not nearly as funny as Dragon Maid or Shimoneta, so I might be better off spending my time watching other things.

And it's not like I don't have a massive backlog of stuff to watch.

I had finished off Knights and Magic... it was interesting, but was mostly ended too soon... the problem is there is the way the elf queen seemed to know his nature, and the fact he seems to have a true rival...

I've not seen a science type mad genius like that recently except the one from Saga of Tanya the Evil... anime needs more of those.

Been watching that newer StarBlazers 2199 that has been on Cruchyroll recently... not a bad redoing of the series so far....a little weird, but interesting.

Myriad Colors Phantom World was a fun little show. The OP was catchy, and the designs were nice. I'll probably pick it up when the box set hits... or at least when it hits on sale.

Up to ep 8 of In Another World With My Cellphone... it is somewhat amusing... but the thing is, based on the setup it seems to me it is supposed to be the way it is... I've seen far worse. I rate it way better than some things I've seen over the years, including the dreadful TTGL and Dog Days.
