"Take it up with Gaia." :snigger:

Jee-Han: <_< "Man, I'll have to get Noun up to level 50 for her to be useful."

Sun-Il:  "F-Fifty? How long will that take?"

Jee-Han: :unsure!: "I dunno... probably a month."

Sun-Il: :jawdrop: "...You're such a bullshit character."

Of course, I wonder does she "develop" more the higher her level goes...

Jee-Han: "Summon Noum!"

Noum: "You called?"

Jee-Han: :jawdrop:

Sun-Il: "...you're such a bullshit character..."

I don't think Ing-Sun is going to be a pedophile..

I do think based on how things in this manga go that Ing-Sun just may have met his future wife :p

Ing-sun isn't even that old though, is he? I thought he's only like 9 or 10.

For a manhwa about an essentially boring invincible hero, Noblesse continues to be amusing.

Somebody took it up with Gaia. And now Gaia is trolling him back.

Dat editor's note from last chapter, man...

And that's exactly how the situation with Queen's suitor should be going down, suitor with growing insecurities stalking Jae Gu and Jae Gu unwittingly making a monkey out of him just by being himself.

Man, this is just one crazy detailed world; they have a DNR (Do Not Resurrect) list that prevents Hoti Vishnu from working on those whose names appear on it.

Also Riche Bitche keeps stirring that pot of shit up, forcibly unearthing things about Asha that probably should have been left alone.

Joan of Arc indeed. Serious!Moon-Young cuts a striking figure if I do say so myself.

Also lol Jae-Gu. Smooth as fuck.

Looks like we're heading into the underground-fightclub-with-hostages-arc. Karate Shoukoushi Kohinata Minoru did that a while back (Ch. 58) and I liked it, so this should be interesting.

As a gamer, Life the universe and everything? The answer is of course bling. He heeds more gear so he can beat bigger monsters, level and get better gear. So he can do it all again.

All those stat points he's saved up. It's getting sort of silly. If he needs to be stronger or faster in a situation he simply opens a screen inputs another 10 stat points and problem solved.

Checking the original Korean (I can't read it, but the URLs indicate it at least) chapters go up to 85.

I'm in the middle of re-reading The Gamer, and I can't help but dislike his build. I understand why he boosted INT and basically went for a caster build, but I feel like it kinda wastes all the Chunbumoon techniques he got at the beginning. He has two skills that passively boost his stats, one that does all of them except luck, and another that does STR/DEX/VIT. After he gets Mana Arrow, he kinda drops all that.

Maybe it's just me though, because I like being fairly even in my abilities. Which, to be fair, is usually not the best build in a game. But if it was also my life, I'd feel weird being "lopsided" as it were.

It is because he doesn't have the courage to go in and fight. Everything he has done has been the easy way since he doesn't want to fight up close. You can't blame him for it either since he doesn't know what happens to him if he dies.

Plus him doing the cowardly glass cannon build works for him since there is a party system if he ever needs a tank or dps to draw aggro away.

One of the things I actually like about it is that he's an ordinary dude with an ability that's fallen into his lap. He's not a fighter. He probably never even got into a fight before this. He went with int since it would help him in life in general, and he then focused on ranged spells and binding to support that because why would you fight an enemy up close when you can not do that?

He wasn't choosing his build based upon outright effectiveness in terms of beating others (though there was certainly munchkining in his internal thoughts about his abilities), he was making decisions based upon preserving his life while he investigated his ability. It's only recently that he's discovered he's going to be forced to engage in legit battle against actual people no matter what, and he acknowledged as a result that he should be boosting his martial arts techniques and putting some points into his physical stats.

Well, like I said, I understand why. That doesn't mean I have to like it. For instance, when he was trying to decide how to spend points, he originally wanted 90 INT, because the was the requirement for the Chunbu Divine Technique. Sun-Il suggested he drop that, since it was so high level. So he went with 60. That still seems like a lot, to me, since he had like a 15 before. And he didn't really start using spells until after that, because 50 INT gave him Mana Affinity.
