Most fanfics do though the anime is very guilty of helping that. At least in the manga they accepted that Usagi was right. Anime just seemed to reset into "we know better than you even though you were right."

Compared to the manga the anime is really bad. It was where character development went to go die for most of the cast. The only thing I liked about the anime was the Starlights and Hotaru.

Personally I'm sad for the lack of Bisexual! Haruka. The soldier of two genders doesn't seem to mind what sex someone is in the manga. <_<

The idea of Bisexual-Haruka was jossed by Naoko Takeuchi, I think
Naoko loved playing with Haruka by making her super androgynous in the manga. It's the anime that made her butch.

"Haruka-san..."

He holds her face.

"Haruka-san... Are you a man? Or else, are you a woman?"

"A man, a woman..." he says. "Is it that important?"
Before she knows it, Makoto finds herself slammed onto the mat.

"Huh!?"

"Mako-chan!?" Ami calls.

"That's wrong!" Minako says. "Throwing weak girls down so hard!"

"I don't discriminate," Haruka says. "If a girl can't beat a boy, don't you think she deserves it? If she loses, can she protect those important to her?"
"Princess," says Michiru. "Uranus is both a man and a woman. A soldier of both genders, with the strengths of each."
I doubt the Soldier of both genders can be a full lesbian.

There's a really good one-shot, character exploration piece, etc possible with this bit of information. Sadly I can't make it come together at the moment.

Anyways, I have a question for you SeiyaxUsagi, aside from their duties as a Senshi, what government agencies, departments or advisory positions could you see the various Senshi being picked to fill, if any?

Personally I think Ami would make a good Surgeon General or head of the Center for disease control, but thatÆs me.

Edit: One last things SeixUsa is Seiya, like Haruka, a warrior of both genders?

Excluding Ami and Hotaru who want to be a Doctor and Nurse respectively the rest of the senshi have dreams that they want to fulfill that would have no connection to CT. (Setsuna, a fashion designer, Michiru, a violinist, Haruka, a racer, Makoto making a Restaraunt and Minako being a idol.) Other than what they are obligated to do I've never pictured them to be that involved in CT.

One last things SeixUsa is Seiya, like Haruka, a warrior of both genders?
The manga has the Seiya and the other Starlights to just be simple crossdressers. She was never stated to be though the fact that she was described as both Haruka and Mamoru cut in half and added together to make a boy has always made me wonder. ;)

IIRC, the Starlights were always female in the manga; in the anime they were turned into boys. Seiya is a lesbian.

You know, that might help CT's public image. I mean if the supposed 'Wicked Witches' (as the malcontents would call them) are known to live normal lives outside their duties as Senshi, then I would imagine the public would generally feel more comfortable with them.

Sure you see Sailor Jupiter kicking the @$$ of Mass Murders, Horrid Alien Threats, and Malcontents on the news vids. She also makes the best damn peach cobbler in the capital, and don't get me started on her 'Death by chocolate' cakes.

The Malcontent glared from his seat as the Sailors Jupiter and Uranus entered the interrogation room. He spat at them, or tried to, but his spittle never even reached their shoes ôFilthy whores of Satan!ö He growled as UranusÆ lip curled upwards in a sneer. ôDo your worst, I shall not break before you evil harridans!ö

Then his nose twitched, catching the scent of something he had not smelled in a long, long time. HarukaÆs sneer turned into wicked smile as Jupiter raised her hands to show a freshly baked apple pie with cinnamon crust. ôEvil?Æ the Senshi of Jupiter asked sweetly as she placed the connfection in front of their prisoner ôTry my pie first before you say that sugar.ö

The malcontents mouth watered at the smell of fresh, baked apples.

Edit:

though the fact that she was described as both Haruka and Mamoru cut in half and added together to make a boy has always made me wonder.
The doctor looked down at Mamoru, or the wreck thatÆd once been his body and soul. He steeled himself, knowing there was only one way to save the King of Crystal Tokyo. ôLadies and Gentlemen, we can rebuild him, we have the knowledge, we have the ability to make Crystal TokyoÆs first Magitech man.ö He looked around at the silent solemn faces, these people who looked to him for guidance. ôKing Endymion will be that manàö He could see it in their eyes, the knew what he was asking, knew the task would be difficult but they could see the results, see the success at the end of the tunnel ôBetter than he was before. Better, stronger, fasterö

The second snippet explains so much.

On the Uranus thing she more often then not wore women's cloths than she did men's after she was revealed to be a girl. She pretty much switched to just wearing the girl's uniform after that and did like to wear short skirts.

Perhaps those Droidos need a human stock/base for their creation?
Lower title:? ? Droids (soldiers)

From top to bottom:

? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? The soldiers of the Black Moon family, manufactured

? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? Their heads are like they're wearing iron masks. There

? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? They're robots resembling sand figurines.

? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? They have human-like brains, but of poor quality.

? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? They understand will in their heads. For words, they

It seems so.

You know what I just realized, the ultimate end of a benevolent Crystal Tokyo would likely be the Culture from the æCulture SeriesÆ by Iain M. Banks. I foresee Neo-Queen Serenity and her family laying the ground work for that great society. Then at some point in the future, one of her descendants creates the first Mind. That Mind learns the values of the Serenity line and goes on to instill this morality into subsequent Minds. Together they form the Culture freeing the Serenity line from the burden of ruling humanity.

I think, for the most part, Serenity would be proud of the Culture. Oh sure mistakes have been made, but theyÆve been a force for the promotion of good, love, understanding and justice throughout the universe.

I like that version. I wish I knew anything about the Culture.

I never found Dystopia/Utopia!CT attainable, Chaos will always exist in someways and is pretty much focused on making Usagi and Guardian Cosmos's lives as terrible as it could be. It knows killing and the like tear them apart. Something they accepted ages ago.

If Paladin Anderson was involved, at least one Sailor would die. This is a man that can stand toe to toe with level 0 Alucard without the Nail.

Speaking of which, any scenario involving Anderson immediately involves Alucard. And you can bet that the Sailors would definitively try, and that is the keyword, to destroy the Prince of Darkness. The battle would be... amusing, and Alucard would laugh endlessly in the moonlight. Especially after Schrodinger's absorption. All the magical power in the world can't help if your opponent simply chooses what probabilities occur.

On the Culture, it is actually, according to the books, far older then Earthly civilizations. For instance, in a book, a Special Circumstances agent and his ROU encountered 16th or 18th century Earth, and were somewhat surprised at the presence of naturally evolved human life. Of course, this is second-hand knowledge, I've never read the books and can only rely on what I've heard.

Alucard, post catboy, ONLY has 1 life left. He's out of souls to do his funky tricks. He'll die and it would be a perm death.

Do recall what happens when he lost himself in his souls... and how he got out? By killing all those souls... and those souls were what fuelled his extra powers.

Depends... I've seen a *good* Sailor Moon/Hellsing crossover story, and Anderson was on Usagi's side, and admonished Makoto for doubting her.

What was strange about this, was Usagi was already a partial/sort of vampire, and training with Ceres and Alucard. And Makoto had called him in to deal with Usagi.

I quite liked it, but considering that my own tastes and vies definitively do not match that of this forum when it comes to Sailor Moon, take that recommendation with a grain of salt.

It was called 'The No Life Queen' by Chaos Lord.

Considering that Anderson, in that, was probably under the influence of some MAJOR drugs or magic to be that OOC... I mean, you've got a heathen girl, running around in completely indecent clothing, wielding blasphemous magic powers and she's a partial vampire? Anderson would go nuts.

And about the souls thing, Alucard, after you think about it, is now FAR more scary with simply his soul and that of Schro. Because he's now a being who can choose his own quantum state. Basically, if Sailor Moon hit him with her most powerful attack, Alucard could just say "No, you did not hit me" and be perfectly fine because he doesn't acknowledge the attack as having touched him. Or in other words, the trick Schro pulled after being shot by Alucard in London and reappearing immediately after in South America? Alucard can do that now, making him effectively invulnerable.

EDIT: Also technically, 2 lives left. His own, and Schro's.

No, he actually noted that he killed ALL of them, and left one in the end, and he's not sure if it's his own soul...

Also, do note that Integra -shot- Alucard and he did not regen like he did in the past. Nor did he use Schro's power to dodge it.

EDIT - please note that I'm not denying that Alucard could quite possibly win just by sheer awesome shonen sauce. But he isn't running at full power plus schro's power at his beck and call.

He lay there bleeding, given that he wasn't shot in an instant kill part of his body.

Ah. Anything else?

As an aside, we've never seen Schro dodge shots with his power, he took them to gory effect... and disappeared once no one was looking at him to reappear unscathed elsewhere. The only time that didn't occur was when Schro was sacrificed to be absorbed by Alucard and destroy him.

Even without the Army of Souls from before, all Alucard needs to do is snack on some other humans, vampires and other creatures of the night to get back a sizable pool of extra lives. The one thing being this. Either he killed Schro's soul, and can just rebuild his Army of Souls, or he didn't, and thus can't rebuild it unless he wants to return to imaginary number status but has access to Schro's abilities.

So either he will sooner or later become again the unstoppable eldritch horror and badass of Hellsing, or he is the utterly unkillable, unstoppable badass of Hellsing with quantum mechanics and probabilities manipulation.

EDIT: The first would give one hell of a fight to Sailor Moon, but may eventually be defeated by Sailor Moon's magics. The second cannot be killed unless he recognizes himself as dead, and thus Sailor Moon would be beaten because her opponent would never admit defeat or death.

Depends on what time in the SM manga the battle takes place. Unless Sailor Moon gets shafted by people using the 'rule of cool' anything that takes place past the Dark Moon Arc is going to end with Alurcard being utterly screwed unless he happens to enter the battle utterly serious which happens to be as likely as him and Anderson sitting down for a mug of beer while debating on the merits of God.

Depends partially on the nature of Sailor Moons magic. We know it can effect time, however, if it turns out to be something outside of the realm that Schro's powers effect, then Alucard's only hope is to dodge it.

Which Alucard's unlikely to do given his repeatedly tendency toward overconfidence. If it wasn't for the boosts that he gained from the Hellsing family he'd been dead a number of times in the manga and even with them, there where several times that he came damn close.
